Location: Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, Bel Aire, West Hollywood, UCLA to name a few.
The location is wonderful, the pool is lovely, but the STAFF makes the experience. Everyone we encountered over the 3 days was wonderfully accomodating.

Nice hotel but...Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: The spa; the pool; the self contained facilities provided in the room.
Cons: To not be so mean-spirited with the internet access charge.
Location: Very close access to Sunset Boulevard and the sights of Hollywood. Also great access to get to Santa Monica and the coastal region.
If you have difficulty negotiating stairs with heavy luggage then this hotel is not for you. Our self contained room room was extremely spacious. There was a stove, a fridge and utensils to prepare your own meal(s). If, however, you need anything extra the costs can be quite high. For one person to connect to Wi-Fi the costs are $10 per day PER PERSON. And with the costs of providing Wi-Fi / I.T. access as cheap as they are in today's environment I found this to be a 'penny-pinching' exercise. After this experience we limited our tips to the various staff. The spa and pool facilities were fantastic. If you arrive with a vehicle and want it parked in their car park it costs a further $28 per day for the privilege. Despite these 'issues' we found the hotel to be quite enjoyable.

Great LocationPosted Sep 21, 2014
The staff are very friendly but could probably use a little more help. Great restaurant, pool and close to everything on the Westside.

Cons: Honest room staff!!
Left sandels on floor next to sitting area coffee table. These were not turned into lost and found. Paid $300 for the room and lost $100 sandels. Very glad I also forgot to leave a tip for staff!!
