“A Girlfriend Getaway”

It was fantastic right from th start. I was warmly welcomed,invited to a choice of beverages, taken into a beautiful living room, sunroom and other lovely rooms in the house. it felt like I was visinting a friend in their wonderful home. It just got better and better-our room was gorgeous, comfortable, with a sittin roomand large bathroom. The wine time and appetizers was great and the breakfast buffet was scrumptious, all homemade and chocolatechip cookies for a snack at night! My girlfriend and I LOVED this inn and can't wait to go back. The staff arranged a dinner reservation for us,were so friendly and helpful.

What a charming place. Nice beach just a a 5 minute walk. Close to the promenade. It was really charming and friendly.

“Channel Road Inn is a delight!”

Two blocks from the beach, we enjoyed a relaxing stay -including complementary wine hour, with great snacks and beverages, and a wonderful breakfast. So many little touches made our experience top notch. From a warm welcome and tour and willingness to allow us to park our car in the lot before and after check in/out to the cozy bed and sitting room areas --we were so impressed and can't wait to return again soon. Two miles from Santa Monica's pier and promenade, Channel Road Inn offers bikes, maps and advice to help you get around easily. There are many other charming and convenient features to be found at the inn --beach towels, fresh-baked cookies, handwritten notes, etc. They've gone far beyond the basics (clean room, quality toiletries, friendly service) and succeed in pampering their guests in a relaxing, unfussy manner. I'm so happy we found this little gem.

“Classic and Cozy”

Great small bed and breakfast with real cozy feel. Very compfortable rooms. Close to the beach. You should have a car to get around and into town. There is a lite breakfast of always fresh bake items and fresh fruit. Our room with a view in the rear was a great scene to awake to every day.

“Inn by the ocean”

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and very comfortable. Due to flight delays we checked in after 10pm. The Inn manager waited for us to arrive and presented us with a wonderful snack of fruit, cheese, crackers, dips, etc. Just perfect after a tiring day of travel. While the Inn is not located on the ocean it has a great location with the ocean within a quick walk. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.

“Warm and Friendly Service.with a Great location!”

This is a lovely Bed and Breakfast in a great location. I had never been to a B&B thinking that it would be too "cozy"--I like my privacy. But I found that the room with the furnished balcony gave me all the privacy I needed. It was nice to have the Bikes available, also. I found this to be a lovely place to stay if you are interested in the Beaches and the westside of the LA area. The staff was warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

“Amazing experience- GREAT value!”

This B&B was spectacular. The value of the complimentary home made breakfast, bikes, coffee & tea, beach towels and most of all, the most kind and giving personnel made this experience amazing!!! Our room was very spacious with cute old style decor with modern touches. I would most certainly recommend this especially to couples. You will love it! Never staying in a four/five star hotel again that you have to pay for anything you touch!

“Wish we had stayed more than one night”

Comfy, sweet, and just lovely. We stayed here on Valentine's Day night after driving 6 hours from northern California and everything was perfect except that we couldn't stay longer. We opted to walk to the Santa Monica pier, and even though we missed the official afternoon cocktail hour they still poured us a couple glasses of wine when we got back. There's a jacuzzi, you can borrow bikes, and there were freshly baked cookies in our room. It was fantastic.
