Very nice B and B. Breakfast yummy. Close to beachPosted Nov 27, 2013
Expedia reservation gave me one of the least desirable rooms. Still nice but not as updated. Still recommend it. Very homey and comfortable.

Great location, close to the beach.Posted Nov 11, 2013
Everything seemed fine until we got to the bathroom, which was not clean. If I had been asked at checkout about my stay, I would have reported that the previous occupant had been sick in the toilet. If we hadn't been so exhausted, we would have asked for a different room. Not worth the price. Nice people, beautiful breakfast, bikes, but not clea. The bedroom, #15, smelled musty, and didn't have a window to open!

Four Sister - great B&BPosted Nov 8, 2013
Pros: All rooms are comfortable: the common rooms downstairs as well as the roomy guestrooms upstairs. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: I wouldn't know.
Location: The location is great for any beach activities, Santa Monica shopping, Pacific Palisades or Topanga Canyon hiking.
The staff at the Four Sister B&B on West Channel made me feel welcome and special from the moment I parked my car. I didn't have enough time to enjoy the complimentary wine and cheese, and I couldn't linger over breakfast the next morning either - but I will return to the hotel to enjoy both on my next visit to Santa Monica. The room I stayed in was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. I was up early the next morning, and had wonderful coffee, juice and cereal waiting for me downstairs. Another half hour and I would have enjoyed a cooked breakfast. I simply didn't have the time. But I'll be back soon with a more lenient schedule.

Channel Road Santa Monica Gem.Posted Aug 2, 2013
Pros: The location was great and the breakfast excellent.
Cons: The traffic at peak periods when out walking.
Location: Close to the Pacific Ocean, 3 kilometres north of Santa Monica Blvd.
An excellent little inn/B&B tucked away in a mainly residential area of Santa Monica about 3.5 km north of the Santa Monica Pier. It is about 300 metres from the beach and close to several very good restaurants. Crossing the rad can be a bit of a challenge during peak traffic periods. The rooms are nicely appointed and the staff are very friendly and helpful and would not accept any payment for two telephone calls I made to San Francisco. Some of the guests return to this inn every year. There are no lifts to the first and second floors. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful, clean room. The bed was a tad bit too soft but overall we enjoyed our stay immensely. We'd definitely stay here again.
