“Convenient hotel in Hollywood”

The hotel was within walking distance of the walk of fame, Grauman's Chinese Theater and other attractions. Nearby and/or across the street is an IHOP, In-N-Out, Starbucks, and other places to eat. All in all, the location was pretty good. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

“Good basic accommodation”

arrived at 8.15am due to the plane arrival time, but check in is not until 3pm. desk clerk was able to let me use their holding luggage area but as it is in the dining area had to negotiate around the other guests. as was on own didn't really want to wander too far so went next door to starbucks for around an hour as it was around 40degC and needed somewhere with air con as was melting! as I came out and was walking back past the motel, the desk clerk saw me and told me I could have my room early, no extra charge! fantastic. I did have trouble understanding his quite strong indian accent, I was prepared for american. in the evening after sleeping off jet lag went to reception, different clerk, much easier to understand, as needed an international plug, this was not available as it had been borrowed already and not brought back. was given directions to two shops that would be able to obtain one but they had sold out. went back to the motel and found that there was a hotel pc available for use, but this was not mentioned earlier! booked a day trip to Universal Studios. next morning got up for day trip and the previous clerk was on and he berated me for booking my trip with the other clerk as he would get the commission and not him. could have done without this. saw the other clerk on my return and he was again wonderful and I mentioned the other guys behaviour and got an apology.

“Great Value”

This is a great value for the price. The clerk at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, as were the other employees. The rooms were comfortable, although a little small. The air conditioning blasted cold air very well compared to other hotel ACs, which was nice for our mid-July stay! The location is ideal for the Hollywood tourist, and my girlfriend loved that Starbucks was right next door. The downsides: our toilet didn't work very well, and the parking lot was cramped, with not enough spaces (we came back late one night and literally got the last tiny parking space). Overall, great for the low rates!

i am always welcomed by Arnisur the manager who is very friendly and always with a smile. i travel to LA once a month for work and since the first time i stayed there i have never wanted to stay at any other hotel. great location, rooms are always clean n smell great! the entire staff is friendly and breakfast is tasty and lite. i will continue my business there and def recommend it!!

“Very comfortable and nice room”

The hotel was really good for the price. They were friendly. The room was very nice, very soft bed and pillows, nice decorated and smelling good. The bathroom was small but nice as well. We were impressed. The hotel was clean and the lobby was small but clean and the breakfast was very good. We would go back and stay here.

“An excellent stay!”

We expected less than we got...everything and everyone went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The reviews of the maids walking in unannounced were unfounded. The front desk staff were amazing. The maintenance man was polite and attended to everything I saw mentioned to him. The buffet breakfast was a little bonus...though we didn't utilize it as often as we could have. The location was perfect...a quick walk to the core. Easy access to transit. All round excellent value for your dollar!!

clean and comfortable. only stayed for one night. worth to stay in. there are some shops across the street. we drove to hollywood walk of fame, it is near the hotel.

My friend and I stayed at Comfort Inn. The room was very nice, it had a modern feel which I like.. the staff was super friendly!!
