very close to all Hollywood attractions ..........

Pros: The room was so very clean and the staff were great. Very nice breakfast they offer and just a very pleasant hotel to stay . Definitely will be back.
Cons: The only thing I could think of and this is petty is water pressure in shower. Other than that our stay was great.
Location: 2 blocks from Graumans Chinese theatre and all of Hollywood Blvd attractions. Sunset also has many places to visit.
My wife and I come to Hollywood twice a year. For her birthday in march and October for Halloween . Awesome place to come chill and see all the attractions that Los Angeles has to offer. Santa Monica pier is only 15 min away and my wife always has to get a famous "Pinks" hotdog which is 3 min away. The hotel was nice and the front desk staff was very friendly. Definitely come and stay you wont be disappointed.

Ok enough..

Posted Apr 3, 2014
Pros: Near Hollywood walk of fame, close to sight seeing route
Cons: Sound proofing, wifi
Location: Hollywood walk of fame, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica pier, Route 66. Food joints.
The good thing is that it is near the Hollywood walk of fame area and to other highway and shopping around Hollywood boulevard, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica area. And also the breakfast spread that it provide is good enough. But the hotel room has very thin walls and also weak wifi . Kept awake the entire stay for 3 nights because of people who move around at night along the corridors and chattering. Creaking floors so you can hear people moving about a floor above you. Probably that is what you get for a 2- 3 star hotel near swanky Hollywood . Good enough for couple but not for family

Not nice

Posted Mar 29, 2014
Too expensive! The rooms were supposedly remodeled but paint all over crown molding. Bathroom door wouldn't shut and when it did, hard to open it would get stuck. Pool looks like they don't clean it often and it felt like if I was at some ugly apartment's pool and rooms.

Weekend Getaway

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Cons: Internet/wi-fi connectivity.
First and foremost, I would stay here again. Stayed here with a couple friends for two nights. We are all in our 20s. While we do travel a lot, we tend to not spend much time in our hotel rooms. All we require is a clean place to shower and sleep. Hygiene and cleanliness are very important while the room's looks and updated decor are secondary. This hotel may not look like much from the outside, but the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were decent. The cleanliness we experienced was great and we all felt comfortable putting our heads down on the pillows. While inside the room, we felt comfortable and safe allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The surrounding area is not the best, but we took a car service everywhere we went so we didn't walk at night. During the day, we walked to the Fuller entrance of Runyon Canyon and felt safe doing so. The ONLY negative to this room: the wifi was not very powerful and was frequently slow. We had better Internet connection using the personal hotspot on my mobile device. The most we used our Internet was to stream music while getting ready to go out so we realize the connection is a luxury that we could've done without. If I was relying on the Internet for business travel, I would've been fairly frustrated.

Great Location for Hollywood

Pros: Location, Price and cleanliness.
Cons: Modernise the Pool area. Get rid of the plastic knives and forks for breakfast
Location: See Above
I stayed 3 nights over the weekend of the LA Marathon. Manager was very helpful with any requests. Breakfast is a bit basic, but included free of charge. Staff were helpful, rooms were very clean and modern. Only 2 blocks to the Walk of Fame and the Chinese theatre. Subway is only 5 minute walk and easy to use. Runyon Canyon walk is only 10 minutes away If you have limited time and want to do the Hollywood tours, its a great location. Thankyou for your hospitality

Great Location!

Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: great location, nice room for price, friendly and helpful staff
Cons: system for leaving bags after check-out
Location: It is only 2 1/2 blocks from the Hollywood Walk of Fame among other attractions.
The staff was very friendly and helpful as I was trying to get to a meeting and explore Hollywood. I would recommend that you get the shuttle to and from the airport from them, it was a lot less expensive than taking a cab. The only downside is that they do not have a system for you to leave your baggage after you check out, and although they were hesitant at first, the staff was nice enough to take care of my suitcase while I explored the area.
