For L.A., it's an average type of hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast, housekeeping.
Location: Not much nearby, just the airport.... but if you have a rental car, the entire city of L.A. is your to take in.
Not too many amenities, but front desk staff were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast service could include more fresh fruit, more fruit period! Didn't like the fact that I needed to tell front desk that I wanted the room done by housekeeping... you would think housekeeping would clean rooms daily.

Pros: it's convenient and no parking charge.
Cons: update premises, carpets...
place starting to look a bit run down. place needs more attention.

最悪のレベルです 2泊の宿泊でしたが チェックイン時にフロントが1泊の処理をしたようで 2日目は カードキーが全て反応せずフロントに行くと、身分証明書を見せろと不審者扱いされる WiFiもアクセスキーがエラーに フロントに行くと私は知らない業者に電話しろと 調べる事もしない 夜担当のフロント女性は最悪です 調べるように言うと私には関係無いと不愉快な応対 最悪な対応です(日本人を軽視しているとしか思えない) The worst level. It was a stay of 2 nights. A front seems to have processed 1 night at the time of check-in time. On the 2nd. All card keys don't react, "Show the ID at a front.", it's treated as a stranger. Access key is also in an error WiFi. "Call the traders who don't know me at a front." It isn't also done to check it. The front female of the charge is worst in the evening. The reception which is unpleasant when it's unrelated for me when I tell to check it The worst correspondence (It seems to slight Japanese.)

Ok hotel near LAX

Pros: Breakfast Shuttle to Airport
Cons: Bed Bugs
Stayed here 4 nights on a recent trip to LA. The hotel is close to the airport and they have shuttles running every half hour to the airport. The beds are a bit springy i.e; if anyone on the bed moves, the whole bed moves. My wife felt she was bitten by a bed bug the second day we were here and we informed the front desk. They checked the room and confirmed there was one, they offered us a complementary upgrade to a different room and we did not have any issues with bugs in this room. The hotel is a bit dated but one could make it work for a one night/2 night stay. The reason i booked comfort inn is that i like their breakfast options and i was not disappointed with the breakfast. Plenty of options - omlettes, waffles, cereals, fruits, boiled eggs, juice, toast, bagels, muffins . After the bed bug incident, i am a little hesitant to recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, the area of the hotel does not appear to be a safe area for walking as well.

Nice hotel, near to airport

Pros: Capable staff, near to airport, top shuttle service, good value for money, proximity to VIP Tours service. Near to good eateries, a good location.
Cons: The quality of the toilet paper needs to be upgraded.
Location: As mentioned above, location overall is very convenient - if we had wanted to use the Metro, hotel shuttle would have taken us there.
After arrival in LAX we contacted Comfort Inn Inglewood about the shuttle - it came quickly and we were taken to the hotel, where we were checked in quickly by Angie, who gave us all the relevant information about the hotel. As we had a late evening flight back home, we asked about staying on for a half day - again Angie was very helpful. Our 3rd floor room was spacious and very clean although the décor was a little tired. Bathroom vanity was adequate but on the small side. Breakfast was very adequate for our needs. Despite many people staying at the hotel, it was not noisy, nor was there any road noise. It was great to have a free internet facility. Overall everything was fine. We were very comfortable.

Comfortable hotel, close to LAX airport

Pros: Rate, Proximity to LAX airport, Free Parking and Free Breakfast
Location: Close to LAX airport. Beaches within 6 miles from the airport. I405 is easily accessible from the hotel. A couple of restaurants close to the hotel.
We were looking for a hotel close to LAX airport at a reasonable price and this hotel met our expectations. Free parking and breakfast were good bonus add ons. We arrived late at night with a baby and the front desk staff was friendly and got us checked in to a non smoking room very quickly. Room was spacious with two queen beds and clean.

We have stayed here about every 3-4 months for the past 4 years. Front desk is always helpful. Nice rooms & very clean. Carlos was a pleasure to talk too. I would rate it excellent.

Good Choice

Pros: The complimentary breakfast was super--waffles, all sorts of breads/bagels, boiled/scrambled eggs, sausage, hot/cold cereals, drinks, and fruits, too.
Location: This hotel was in close proximity to LAX and to the university where we needed to be at. Right next to this hotel was El Polo Loco and 7-11 Store.
The personnel at the front desk were courteous and checked us in quickly.
