“Suite upgrade”

They upgraded us to a suite cuz we were staying 3 nights, how nice!

“Dissatified”

Terrible service. Called for airport shuttle but didn't come. Kept calling and it came much later. Very long wait, late at night with long travel day ahead. Front desk didn't care.

“Not Impressed”

This hotel looks like a dump once you leave the front desk area. Do not get on the elevator by yourself. The elevator is really huge and old. In order to access indoor rooms, you have to catch the elevator which lets you off outside, you walk down the walkway then you enter the building (which is a proped open door)then down another hall to your door.
