Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Even the fast food places have armed security guards! Don't go outside.
The room smelled like a dead body had been there, no drapes in this place they use car window sun shades! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Good service and helpful staff

Posted Oct 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed for 3 nights at the end of a holiday tour. The hotel is clean and well run by excellent staff who go out of their way to help. Whilst across the road there are fast food outlets, there are no good eating places around and only a couple of local bars. However, local transport is available to go to Long Beach where there is plenty to do. The hotel is good value for money.

Good bang for the buck

Posted Oct 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
My daughter and I stayed here over the weekend (fri & sat nights) to attend the Long Beach Comic-don. The staff at check in was very friendly. The Room was very large, clean, and beds comfortable. It was an older place that had been upgraded but still nice for the money. It was gated so I felt more secure since it was just us two gals, and the neighborhood made us a little nervous. The Air conditioner/heater was a large blower type, so there wasn't a thermostat to set the room to stay at a certain temp, and it ran constantly. Had to keep turning the setting from high to low as high would get to cold but low wasn't quite cool enough. Bathroom was clean large and included a built in hairdryer which was great since I forgot to bring mine. There was a lot of fast food places within walking distance 3 places right next door, McD, Taco Bell and Church's fried chicken. Over all this isn't a luxury hotel, but very good value for the money.

Tournament weekend stay over

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Close to the rink
Cons: Put sheets on top of the blanket as well as the regular sheets. It just feels cleaner than having the blanket exposed.
The beds were comfortable, air conditioner wasn't too loud, and pillows were soft. However, bring ear plugs cause this place is close to a hospital and I heard sirens throughout the night. Rooms are large, they come with a mini frig and microwave. Bathroom countertops are small, so you don't have room to spread out your items for hair and face etc... Otherwise a decent place.

Cons: The price is a little to high and it should have a jacuzzi tub.
Location: There is a lot of fast food restaurant and a grocery and pharmcys around.
It's a nice hotel ANC it's in a very good location.

Very clean and comfortable hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was very good, and the breakfast area was very up to date and relaxing. The fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in our room was nice although we had our coffee at the breakfast area which was perfect. Our room was clean and comfortable and up to date. Our window view opened to the court yard/ pool area which was lovely. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and will stay here again if we are in the area.

Nice motel in business district

Posted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: How well the landscaping is maintained and the cleanliness of the property in general.
Location: Motel is not within walking distance of any sites. A car is required to get to downtown, museums, the Queen Mary or any other Long Beach attractions.
Motel is located on a business district thoroughfare about 5 miles from coastline. At first glance, motel is nondescript but within walking distance of a few strip malls and fast food places. Upon entering, I noticed how well maintained the property is, both within the motel and the grounds. Breakfast area is neat and clean at all times. Our room was clean and spacious; bedding was comfortable and even had both soft and firm pillows. Enjoyed the pool area and use of the fitness center. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.
