Comfort Inn & Suites Near Long Beach Convention Center

They were in the middle of renovations (front lobby) but we got a room that was seemed renovated fairly recent. Staff was courteous and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. The staff member assigned for breakfast was replenishing items every 5 minutes and keeping the place clean.

We arrived late and were put in a room that was not made up. The room they changed us to, and where our friends were located, was over a very noisy vent from the laundry and made it difficult to sleep. People should be put in these rooms as a last resort, and then a price concession should be made.

My friend and I went to Long Beach for an International Hairshow at the convention center. I wasn't expecting for a 5 star hotel, however the neighbor was fine and we felt safe, and it wasn't that far from the convention center. We both taught our room was quite clean. I did know that they offered a free breakfast...we were very pleasantly surprised that they had waffles! Not frozen waffles, but Fresh waffles! We made them ourselves, which was fun! They also had real butter, eggs, sausage and of course cereal, and danish. We only stayed one night, but we will stay there again next year for the Hairshow!

We had a downstairs room and we could hear every movement from the room upstairs. I had just had surgery and was recovrring but could not get any sleep due to the noise upstairs and it also sounded like the lobby was having a party. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I really like this hotel, the location and the overall is great. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

My friend and I stayed here while attending a women's event at the long beach convention center. Hotel was clean. Front office gentlemen for check in/out pleasant. Surrounding area was in an undesirable area. Was a little nervous at night when returning to hotel as we were 2 women alone. We had no problems but definitely would not recommend anyone walking in the area. As long as you have a car, as we did, we were fine. Lots of fast food places to get food or room had fridge and microwave. We checked in around 3pm and were checked out at 6am. Would not stay again only due to neighborhood but hotel itself I have no complaints about
