“good value”

nice stuffs , brought my delay luggage to the room after midnight, 5 stars services.

“Nice stay, Very Asian area!”

The hotel is located less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, which if your not from LA, the 10 freeway can basically get you anywhere in LA. As your driving down the street of the hotel, as you pull up the hotel the hotel looks like one of the newest building on the block, very well kept and manicured. The surrounding area was not bad at all, very clean, its mainly a asian area, alot of places to eat with 5 mins of the hotel. From fast food to upscale asian restaurants. Not only the neighborhood is mostly asian so is the staff and most guest of the hotel. I dont really care but asian travelers might like to stay somewhere where they feel comfortable around similar. The rooms where clean, parking was free, wireless internet worked fine and breakfast was make-it yourself waffels, cereal, fruits, egg and bacon mcmuffins, coffee or juice.

upon arrival the neighborhood did not look so good but i was very relieved with the look of the hotel. When we got to the room, it was small but with its updates it was ok. I say ok because you could tell they did not spend any money on new bedding. The blanket on the bed appreared to be really worn, also the shower curtain did not have that clear plastic look, was getting to the point of a lil yellow at the bottom. There was also the fact that the housekeeping needed some more training. I did find a hair in the bedroom and in the bed I found a toe nail. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. I have been to several comfort brand hotels and there breakfast are all pretty good but this one did not have fresh items.

Although there was a fire alarm that went off, the stay was great. It was more than enough for the price

“Very Dissatisfied”

I had a very bad experience because the shower in the room did not work, only the faucett on the bottom, so I couldn't shower properly. I used the computer facilities at the hotel but had a very hard time waiting for a free computer (apparently the hotel did not have enough computers for everyone), so it ended up taking me a long time just to check in online and print my boarding pass.

“rosemead”

expedia experiance was just as advertised, ease of use, all the details needed were excellent. hotel, staff, amenities all vey satisfing. the ease of all was what one expects, but rarely gets.

Everything was great except the floor of the bathroom was very dirty. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again.
