Nice hotel but ....

hotel was nice but two things stabnd out. one, we returned from a day out of the room to come back and find that housekeeping had left the window open. luckily it was on the second floor but this was unsettling. Secondly, the front desk staff was rude, unhelpful and unable to answer questions or simnpley did not want to be bothered

Cons: The room had a musty smell to it. Had to open the window to air it out.
The staff was a little confused. At check out time they got my information mixed up with another guest. It wasn't hard to sort it out, but it was a little jarring to be present with a bill when my room was prepaid.

I have a GOLD Elite membership status, which meant I have earned so many points for traveling quite a bit in the last year. This is the first time EVER that I felt compeled to write a review. And first time I ever redeemed points! Sofa bed was broken, rollaway beds were all taken, sold-out rooms, and no offer of consolation. My friend who went downstairs to get complimentary breakfast was asked for a voucher and when she only showed her room key, she was not let inside the continental breakfast room.
