Quiet surroundings

Good price for hotel. There are a lot of shops and dining areas less than a mile away. 9 minutes away from Magic Mountain.

Pros: Free breakfast, beds, and room comfort.
Cons: Pool can be a little bit cleaner. Palm tree branches can be trimmed so that they don't slam against the window on a windy day.
Location: Great location. Near to shopping centers and restaurants.
Great location. I was put on the second floor and to the end of the hallway. However, there was a tall palm tree that stands near the window. It was a windy day and the branches were slamming against the windows. Since I'm sensitive to noise, I requested to be placed in another room. The front desk clerk came up physically to hand me the keys for another available room next door where there is no palm tree near the window. It was a fast move and the clerk was very accommodating. The free breakfast was more than adequate and tasted good. Overall great hotel for the price.

Everything was perfect. It was very easy to find, the rooms were nice, the bed was comfortable, the continental breakfast was as expected. There was dining real close to the hotel.

The staff was excellent. I called the front desk to ask if there were towels at the pool and the brought more just to make sure. The room was excellent. The only thing I would change is the heated pool could be a little warmer. It was still cold. Other then that everything including the free breakfast was nery good.

Overall, pretty good experience. Unfortuately the room that we had booked had lots of hair in the bed, on the sheets, pillows, blankets. But thankfully we were quickly accomodated And switched to a different, cleaner room

Convenient for visiting the Nethercutt museum

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was average, but it did the trick and having this option on site was helpful. The hotel has quick freeway access and there were a number of restaurants very close by. I would stay there again if visiting the area.

Overall our stay was good. Although I didn't like the fact that since I had forgotten shampoo when I called the front desk they didn't offer to bring it up, in fact they tried to make me go downstairs to get it. Basically no room service at all minus house cleaning the next morning. When the sign in the bathroom said to call downstairs and they would bring it up. Other than that it was okay.
