Pasadena visit

Cons: The bed was a little high, but I find this fairly typical in American hotels
Location: Location was excellent - it was very close to the old town, and accessible for my wife
I asked for a room to suit my wife, who would be in a wheelchair. Reception staff were very helpful, fully explaining parking, route to room etc. I was able to park close to a rear door, there was an elevator immediately inside, and the room was very close. The room itself provided very good access, and the shower facilities were excellent. I have found varying degrees of access in hotels for disabled guests, but the Courtyard provided the best facilities of all the hotels I stayed in on my recent vacation. I was visiting to attend a football game, and again staff were very helpful regarding best routes to take. I would return and stay longer. I liked Pasadena, and was very happy with the hotel.

It is walkable to memorial park, great restaurants and cafes. I was on 6th floor and the view from the room was very nice.

Pros: Location
Cons: Increase the hours of the restaurant and bar to at least midnight.
While the location was perfect, not offering room service and having the restaurant and bar close at 10:00 was a complete disappointment.

The location and proximity to Old Town is perfect, with literally dozens of restaurants and bars right outside the front door, which is why in most cases we have chosen to close our bar and restaurant earlier rather than later. We do offer room service on a nightly basis from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. The room was OK and clean. However, the bathroom sink area was inadequate and we had to put things on the floor. Also, the A/C unit was very loud. The room seemed better suited for single business travelers than for couples or families. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and the location excellent as it is close to Old Town Pasadena.

Pros: Very clean and up to date style.
Location: There are restaurants right around the corner.
Marcus at the front desk is awesome. He checked me in, and told me that I booked the wrong day, but was able to hook me up with a room anyway. He told me exactly how to resolve my mistake with Expedia, and he was spot on. The room was super clean. The food and service at the restaurant was great.
