Good location

We found getting to and from airport was easy via shuttles and is in a quiet location, and is easy to get to Beverly Hills. The hotel offers all the tours etc. and the staff are very helpful.

Stay at Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills

Pros: Everything especially location and friendliness of staff
Location: Only blocks away from Rodeo Drive and Wilshire Drive. Plenty of eateries and shopping in the area.
Wonderful experience. Checked in early and room was ready. Hotel staff was all cordial and helpful. Room was on 12th floor and right across the hall from complimentary snacks room. Children really loved the room. Room was spacious and always clean. Very helpful in finding taxis,

Terrible wake up call breakfast room service express never showed up - room was filthy and bed uncomfortable

My stay was less than average.Not as nice.

Great location in Beverly Hills.How ever, less than average condition and experience.Expected more for the price.Parking was additional 17.00 to 25.00 per day and this wasn't disclosed. Not as nice of a hotel as I expected for the beverly hills area.Older hotel with an older feel to it.Usually stay at Ritz Carlton hotelsso I guess my standards are higher.

Carpet and chair need to be cleaned. No safe, small refrigerator. Restaurant was good.

Pros: Very spacious
Cons: Parking arrangement and costs reduced
Location: Good location to go and get food from supermarket
We had a short stay but pleasant. Just one night was difficult appreciate all facilities

Pros: The hotel was in a nice location near the luxury shopping centers.
Cons: The bathtub drain was clogged up. There was no safe in the room.
I was a little surprised when I arrived at the hotel since it looked different from the pictures. The hotel is rundown and the quite dim. The hotel staff were friendly, however.
