Nice hotel with great location

Pros: Great location & very nice staff
Cons: The rooms are getting a bit outdated.
Location: great location near shopping, eateries, & local sights
The hotel is undergoing some renovations but does not cause any inconvenience at all. Overall, the hotel is located in a very convenient area near local shopping & eateries. It is also easy to get to all major highways from the the hotel.

Good location

This hotel is conveniently located close to Rodeo Drive and other attractions. Was going over renovations on the lobby, but nothing that affected the stay.

overall good experience for the money. you won't be disappointed overall. some stuff is under construction but not a distribance

Nice hotel in Beverley Hills

Nice hotel however nothing was really close by. Definitely need a rental because cab fare does add up. The worst of it all is the 9th floor was under renovations of course didn't know that until I got there, I stayed on the 10th floor so it was very noisy during the day. I found it it very weird that they were renovating on Sunday. Any who the room was great nice big and clean.

Love The Rooms

Location: It was close to all of the main attractions and easy to get to.
While, I really loved that rooms had microwaves and refrigerators, no one offered to help take our luggage to the room, there was some construction going on and the elevator was broken. Otherwise, it was a good stay. I would return.

High price hotel shabby & worn..

Pros: Proximity to Beverly Hills & shopping malls: Beverly Center, etc.
Location: A walk to Beverly Blvd. to many nice restaurants and clothing stores. Also close to Beverly Hills. Only a 15 minute drive to Beverly Center.
Although desk clerk & valet staff were helpful & courteous, hotel was in dire need of a refurbishing. Some renovations are occurring in lobby. Hotel sign was dim and parking was difficult to enter at night. No one in charge of parking garage at 9 p.m. Room was shabby and worn. Towels were thin and so were sheets. One of the toiletry tubes had been used. Bathroom in great need of refurbishing. Tub was painted over & spots shown through. I had a bad experience when unknown hotel staff barged into my room at 6:45 a.m. while I was sleeping. Only my safety bolt kept the door from opening all the way. The manager on duty was very apologetic and offered me a free breakfast. Said he would take my complaints to the General Manager. I booked the hotel through Expedia as it was a $200 special. I felt cheated but couldn't leave as I would forfeit my pre-paid room.

Muy bien ubicado, precio razonable

Estuve 2 noches en marzo con mi esposa y dos hijas. A unas 10 cuadras de Rodeo Drive, hotel de categoría que está en plena remodelación . Tuve que tomar la oferta por una noche y repetir al día siguiente, de lo contrario el precio era mayor.
