The rooms are a bit tired, but to be expected as I’m sure being so close to the cruise port they see many guests. The restaurant was very nice and offered great meal selections.

The staff was efficient. The room was average. The view was the trash area, so. I did enjoy the restaurant. There were some leaks around the hotel during the rain, especially in the restaurant.

The property is perfectly located for a cruise ship embarkation (or debarkation). The area is Little Italy, which has a good number of restaurants. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The property is a hotel chain, with the expected amenities and cleanliness. However, the carpet is worn and there were a number of long hairs in my bathroom (and they weren't mine!)

We enjoyed staying at the Crowne Plaza. Our room was large and had lots of windows with plenty of light. The staff was extremely accommodating checking us in early. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is wonderful. It is the best choice by far for cruise passengers. And for a very small fee , under 6 dollars, they get you to your ship the next morning. Breakfast included. Food very good. And the staff is beyond helpful. A very nice man , Abraham, made my early check in sooooo easy. And the food staff were all smiles and ready to help. It was just one of the best check ins I have ever had.

This hotel is a little worn, but clean. We chose it for its proximity to the cruise terminal. We would only stay for that reason. We bought microwaveable food at the hotel market only to discover you have to request a microwave. It took a trip to the front desk and a phone call to get one. Then in the morning, we bought yogurt ($10 each!) only to find there is nowhere to get a spoon. Elevator waits are long and it seems only one or two out of 6 are ever operational. The room was quiet and view was nice, plus the front desk staff are exceptional. The biggest drawback was we booked this room because of the shuttle to the terminal and when we arrived at 4 they were already booked. They recommended Uber or Lyft… $25 to go less than a mile. We could’ve stayed somewhere much nicer if we’d known we’d be paying for a ride.

The location and convenience of the Crowne Plaza is perfect for us. The hotel did seem rundown and was lacking a lot of things while we were there. The gate in the parking garage didn’t work going in or out the ice machine was out of order and the elevator button to the parking garage worked sometimes. The room was well used and looked worn.

Great place to stage before a Princess Cruise. They have a shuttle that takes you to the ship. James is the Concierge and he is very energetic and helpful in meeting your transportation needs. The restaurant was ok when we first got there, looked like it was understaffed, took long time to get service and the food was not so good. However, when we came back it was much improved. Looks like they increased their staff and got more energetic staff members that want to be there. They only offer breakfast buffet and dinner menu. The room was clean and seem to have enough staff to meet our needs.

Got to hotel about noon. In room about 2p. Hotel is very nice and all staff friendly and accommodating. Could not get room 723 to cool off but was able to position on bed to have fan blowing on me. Otherwise a great place to hand the hat. Couple bars and cafes close. Plus good food at hotel and restaurants a block or 2 away. Area is pleasant and felt safe.

There was a party going on in the room next to ours. Lots of screaming and yelling for hours. Finally the police arrived and there was a huge commotion and then it was quiet after midnight. Breakfast was good. Bloody Mary was great!

The windows were leaking into the rooms. Heavy rain in the San Pedro areas for the duration of our stay. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. However they do have to address the problem of water entering the hotel rooms. The rug was soaked 5’ from the window in our room.

Check in was fine for two out of the three rooms we had reserved. However, the third room was not so good. When we went to the room that we were assigned - the room was dirty - had not been cleaned yet. We went back to the front desk- explained. Was given another room; when we opened that door; the room was still occupied - suitcase and clothes about. Back to the front desk!
