“Very happy”

We checked in at 1:00am due to traveling for the nearby cruise ship. I was worried about this but pleasantly surprised. I would most definately stay here again. Safe area and very quiet. The only thing I found odd was there were no mirrors except in the bathroom. So you could not get ready (dry hair, put on make up) unless the bathroom was available.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful! Service was excellent for the dining room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

“Great Place to Stay Before a Cruise”

Check-in was quick and easy, room was clean, and price we paid through Expedia included an excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel service was fantastic and had complimentary parking below for our vehicle overnight. I would definitely recommend this place to stay before departing on a cruise nearby.

Hotel was nice for the price. Beds fairly comfy. Only stayed one night before our cruise. Great location as far as being close to RC cruise terminal and walking distance to some good food. Parking was underground and seemed safe. Overall a nice place, we would stay again

“Great hotel very fun location”

Very nice hotel in every way with good underground parking. 2nd floor was a dream location since the rooms have pool and patio right outside. Location was very much fun with a hundred year old rail system to take you up and down the warf area which was filled with dozens of interesting fresh seafood restaruants, and fountains, museums etc ets.

“Comfortable place to stay before a cruise!”

This place was great! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room, and all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable as well. The location was perfect for our pre-cruise stay. Only 15 minutes to the port, in a nice area. I'd definitely return, and recommend it to friends. A++!

hotel is close to the freeway; walking distance to restaurants, and the harbor mall for souvenir shopping located in a very clean, safe area, there were a lot of police cars around and the hotel had a snack area in the restaurant for the LAPD which lead me to believe that the LAPD office was close by

“Crowne @ the Harbor”

Good place, decent shopping up the road, good but not great views of the ocean. Service was GREAT! They also have a shuttle that can take you a bit further than you want to walk. Very nice.
