Posted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: Location Cleanliness
Cons: Some rooms facing pool might be bothered by noise
Location: Eureka restaurant in Claremont Village is great Hotel is best hotel closest to the colleges
Visiting the Claremont colleges, this is the only hotel nearby. 5 min drive. Nice clean facility. Pool, exercise room. Very convenient. Trader Joe's is next door for snacks.

Friendly staff, convenient location

Posted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: The rooms are a good size and the blackout curtains really helped us sleep late when we could. Shrimp served at a continental breakfast were a plus.
Cons: I was confused at the breakfast buffet, whether the staff was supposed to serve us or not, but when they did, service was quite good.
Location: The Claremont colleges are nearby.
I always stay here when I am in California. I love the pool and the convenience of it. The chocolate chip cookies are a nice plus. We stayed here a week and were very happy. We will be back again I am quite sure.

Checking out Claremont Graduate University

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Location and breakfast buffet!
Cons: More water in the room, it was hot and very dry. We were thirsty often and I don't drink Dasani which was the only option in the machine dispenser.
Location: Very close to college, the grad student dorms and the village which were our primary destinations. Close to restaurants, a grocery store and gas.
Conveniently located near the colleges and the Grad student dorms, this made an excellent home base for us during our stay to tour the university and decide on housing for my daughter's upcoming school year. The included buffet breakfast was delicious and very fresh. I ate 2 completely different meals on our two days there. The eggs and the omelettes were prepared perfectly and I never think that!

Good hotel for one or two nights stay.

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: it was in a convenient location.
Cons: Tiny bathroom, with a pocket door that was hard to move.
Location: Visit the four of five colleges and universities.
We stayed one night. It was ok for that. We did not use the pool or restaurants.

A home away from home.

Posted Jun 18, 2015
Pros: We especially like the room that we had along with its quiet patio. Also we liked its location for our visit goals with our families.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a small microwave oven in the room for late snacks.
Location: Claremont is a very good location for its restaurants, select shopping, colleges, botanical gardens, etc.
Our room was very quiet and peaceful. The service was excellant and the room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable enabling us to sleep very well. The few meals that we had there were very good, especially the buffet in the morning hours. It was also close to our families making it very convenient for our visit for 8 days. Its location is also very good as the town of Claremont has many good restaurants and select stores for shopping.

Horrible service would never go there again. Most unpleasant experience I've ever had at a hotel.
