Wanted the closest, affordable place to Universal

Owner as very polite and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable, renovated. Breakfast consists of coffee and dollartree pastries, so ... I left my bag of recycled water bottles in my room and they were gone when room was cleaned. My fault I guess. We took advantage of the coupon at the front desk and ordered 99€ tacos on Tuesday, free delivery Yummy. I would stay again

Okay place to stay if just need a bed.

Pros: Had vacancy when needed it
Cons: amenities and better visual identifiers at entrance
Fairly clean but no amenities, no iron in rooms and so called breakfast was a joke.

Pros: Location and maid very nice.
rooms were vary uncomfortable,We had shower plumbing problems, no service phone, no alarm clock. The room was vary unwelcoming. Only upside was location.

Receptionist was very clueless when I arrived. Took me to a room that had someone staying in it. Carpet worn. Shower head at my belly button. Towels horrible. Breakfast weak. Won't stay there again unless vastly improved.

Worst experience

I checked in and 10 min into my stay I found dirty male underwater on the rug and dry old pizza in dressor. I asked for a refund but staff hotel manager said she couldn't and refused to. She then said she could pick up the dirty cloth from room. And that the room had been cleaned.

Its was good .the only thing is that the cleaning lady uses too much pinesol for cleaning.and bleach.its kind ofstrong odor
