“Pretty hotel!!!! Close to airport... pet friendly”

I would make one suggestion to hotel staff.... please tell your clients about the $25 charge to credit card at the time of check in.... yes, it's in the paperwork but after a 12 hr flight and exhausted the mention would have been appreciated. Would have saved me a phone call when I got an email from the credit card company... it would be a great customer service point. Thanks!

“my embassy suites stay”

I always enjoy staying at the Embassy Suites. all the staff and restaurant staff are friendly and courteous. the breakfast is superb. I wish they would offer more specials on the rates.

“Most enjoyable stay”

This is a top class Motel, the service is great. THey pick you up from LAX Airport if you call them, and to return their bus runs at 10 past the hour every hour 24-7 Everything is fantastic, king sized very good bed with a large flat screened TV in both the bedroom and the lounge room. The breakfast is something else, sure sets you up for the day, and their gardens are beautiful. Rate everything very, very good including their menu and service for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This hotel is to be congratulated on looking after its customers given the number of rooms it has. The reception was excellent - efficient, friendly, informative. Great inclusion of breakfast and wi-fi. Very good rooms, well-serviced.

“Better than home!”

We stayed at this hotel on our way to and from an extended fly/cruise/touring vacation. The staff was supurb! From the shuttle operator, to the reception desk, and then to the staff in the lounge, and the complimentary wine/and snack evening reception, and the delicious and abundant complimentary breakfast. There is a guest laundry, parking on a street that is noted to be safe (it was for us), had a wonderful shop for gifts and a generous offering of ready to cook meals and was convenient to restaurants and shops.

loved the breakfast buffet, as did my kids. The pool area was nice and clean. The workout area was one of the best I have seen at a hotel. The rooms could use some updating, especially the bathrooms, which need better ventilation, but overall very clean.

The hotel and staff exceeded expectations, my only concern was the level of noise from the airport all through the day and night, although should really be expected if you realised how close to the airport the hotel is.

Very satisfied. Good job on keeping the room cleaned. Breakfast are excellent Nothing to say bad about the place, except that I didn't have enough time to try the swimming pool and use of the exercise equipments.Front desk staff are very helpful. I would stay and choose Embassy Suites for my hotel.
