We were there from Thursday-Monday. The stay was good. the room was clean. My only complaint was that there were places that needed some updates. Chipping/ peeling wall paper in the room, water stains and curtains were dirty and drug on the floor. Part of the curtain was broken so i couldn’t close them all the way and there is a building with offices that could see into the room. The pool was great until i sat down on the steps. There was algae built up under the pool deck, only visible when sitting.

The complimentary breakfast was the best part of our stay! I wish the furniture is our room was a little bit more updated, but overall it was a very nice place to stay. Definitely staying here again

The big plus was breakfast. Omelettes we’re 5 star rated and everything one could want was being served. Loved the roomy dining area.

The underground parking garage is extremely tight. I do not recommend it for a full size truck. None of the plug outlets in the bedroom worked making it tricky to recharge electronic devices. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

The plate behind the toilet paper was disgusting. The breakfast didn't open until 6:30, most places open at 6. Carpet was ripped. Rooms had dim lighting.

This is my second time here in the past 3 years. My kids love it because of the quality of the complimentary breakfast and how pretty the lobby is. The AC works great and it’s relatively quiet here. The rooms are big too for the price, which is great for a family of five. All of the workers here are friendly and helpful. However, I feel like the cleanliness has gone downhill a little since the first time we were here. The doors and its handles felt sticky, and the shower in the bathroom had a lot of grime on the tiles. The shower was clogged as well. The sink handle appeared broken at first but was still functional. Overall, I think the rooms need better care and maintenance, but the service is great!

Property was not up to date, did not give discounted rate with for handicap parking which other facilities in the past have. Parking garage very narrow have you have a bigger car you have to be very careful. Beds were small and we're not comfortable. Light fixtures were old and add a date.

I like the setup of the room and how the bathroom was outside the room for those who are using the sleeping sofa. Only downside is the pool… too small for the amount of possible guests that want to use it. Breakfast is amazing!!! Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast and afternoon snack was very nice. Staff are helpful and nice special mention to Philly at the front desk and Joy and Anne at the dining area. Room has a decent space, but furniture and carpet needs to be updated, as well as the bathroom tub.

Room was a little outdated and run down. I took a shower at night and the faucet dripped all night. I had to close the bathroom door so that I wouldn't hear it all night! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great!

Everything was outdated, old, there was a loud noise coming from old plumping from really early in the morning. The hotel was clean and the lobby is nice, the dining area was spacious. But the rooms are really old, the beds are uncomfortable and worn out. I love Embassy suites, but this hotel in particular needs to be updated.
