Close to where I needed to go.

Pros: Breakfast!
Cons: Your valet people were not helpful at all, I had to unload and load my own suitcases, well they stood by the pillar talking with each other.
Location: Not much more of a business area, but we did find a mall right down the street.
Upon checking out your clerk at the front desk was very rude and unpleasant.

Great hotel!!!

We had an awesome stay at the Embassy Suites in Glendale. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with lots if room for four people. The daily complimentary breakfast and manager's reception were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay here again in the future.

Perfect stay! Near Universal Studios.

Posted Jul 15, 2015
This was the perfect hotel, if you're planning a family trip to Universal Studios. The hotel staff was super friendly. Complimentary breakfast, hotel cleanliness, safe surrounding area, and distance to Universal Studios, we're all reasons we stayed here.

There were some noisy people near our room and our room was a strange shape, it was like a hallway. I have stayed at many Embassy suites before, and for families its a great cost especially with breakfast included.

Peaceful stay, I'll be back!

Posted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: Everything, but the peace and quiet was very high on the list.
Cons: Put a queen sized bed in the room with the full and Sofa bed.
Location: Pantages Theater, Universal Studios, Hollywood, LA Zoo, etc..
We were looking for a room to fit 2 adults (couple), and 2 teenagers (male/female) and it was within a week of our trip. We booked the room with 2 full sized beds and a sofa sleeper. I wish it was a queen, full, and sofa sleeper, for our comfort, but the room was fine. We have a king size bed at home, but it reminded us of our younger college and dating days with a smaller bed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and hearing the fountain all night was very relaxing (inside facing room). Breakfast was amazing, and nothing like other free breakfasts offered at hotels. They have an omelet bar and you pick what you want and they'll make it fresh in front of you. In the hot breakfast items they also offered bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, french toast, pancakes, etc... Also available was the standby oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit, toast, bagels, muffins, etc.... Starbucks brewed coffee is available along with OJ, apple, milk, hot chocolate, etc... This is our new go to hotel whenever we're in the area. It's well worth the few minute drive to get a nice hotel instead of staying in Hollywood or by Universal Studios.

Very nice Hotel,

Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: The staff is always very pleasant and not Snooty. Like the very large Hotel next door (not to be named Starts with an H)
Cons: Drop the parking fees and wireless access.
Location: Lots of great places to eat, clubs if that is your thing, shopping all with in walking distance.
I do like the Hotel very much. I do have issue with the charge for parking of 19.00 per day and the charge for wireless. The amount of $$$ is cost to stay there one would think they would tend to be a little more fiscally friendly

No Value For Your Money

Posted Jun 24, 2015
When a hotel guest pays for more than $200 a night for a hotel room, parking and internet access should be a standard amenity. They give free internet access only if you're using it in the lobby, but they don't have a place where you can access the net privately and comfortably. To top it off, they over charged and double charged me! My total was supposed to be for $756.24 for 3 nights but they charged my card for $842.69, twice!
