Easy Access to AirportPosted Mar 10, 2014
Pros: I liked the separation between the bedroom and living room. In addition, the complimentary breakfast and dinner time snacks and drinks was a surprise.
Location: Not a ton of tourist attractions near the hotel, but definitely affordable for a large group to stay. Freeway access is great.
A group of college friends and I stayed there. The hotel was affordable and had more than enough space in the room. Although the hotel is not in the most ideal location, the proximity to the airport is nice. We did not hear much of any street or airplane noise. All the complimentary breakfast, snacks, and beverages was a nice surprise as well. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect airport hotelPosted Mar 3, 2014
Fantastic staff who were able to get us in 5 hours before check in, a real bonus after a 15 hour flight. Rooms are very spacious and clean accommodating our family of 5 quite easily. Breakfast was standard complimentary fare. Handy free shuttle to and from airport

Very Welcoming StaffPosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: The staff makes a big difference.
Cons: Keep the premier floor vending machine stocked up constantly and please have the staff pick up the room service trays more frequently.
Location: The hotel is so convenient for business professionals
It is nice to come to a hotel where the staff remember your loyal patronage. Carlos, Michael, and the bellmen all greeted me with smiles and a strong sense of professionalism.

Close to LAX but a bit worn down for pricePosted Feb 19, 2014
We selected hotel due to embassy suites reputation and were somewhat disappointed. Bathroom wasn't as clean as expected, showered didn't get hot enough and rooms are showing age. Was ok stay, just not value for price paid. Cocktail hour snacks were inexpensive chips, nacho cheese and salsa, carrots and celery and some popcorn. Were not replenished and felt encouraged not to stay.

Less expensive room but expensive parkingPosted Feb 6, 2014
Pros: Quiet, clean, uncrowded atmosphere.
Cons: Better complimentary breakfast; lower parking fees.
Room was nice, staff polite and efficient. We have stayed in many Embassy hotels over the years and the complimentary breakfast at this hotel was disappointing. It offered a very limited selection and it never varied in the 8 days we were there. The staff didn't clearly explain that the parking fee was a daily charge. The way it was presented made it sound like the $22 was for the entire stay, and didn't provide an explanation that there were alternate parking options in the area, of which we were very unfamiliar. We chose this hotel because it was an Embassy and its rates fit our budget, even though it was further away from where we were visiting daily during our visit to CA. But with the daily $$$ parking fee (almost double the amount of other parking garages within the same block) any savings in the room was lost. We will not personally be visiting this hotel again, although it may fit the needs of others.

Good hotel with free breakfastPosted Feb 1, 2014
Pros: Big rooms. Comfortable.
Cons: Start breakfast earlier so that travellers can take advantage of this offer.
Location: Right by LAX
good stay at a very tidy hotel. Breakfast included but started too late for us to have it.

Exceeded expectations over and over!Posted Jan 28, 2014
Pros: Food, service, bonuses
Cons: Have a microwave available for heating the food that is available in the convienence store area
Location: We were there for a conference and did not go out into the city but there was a bus that took guests to Manhattan beach for just $5.
We booked for the breakfast and found that it was an excellent breakfast with food cooked to order, fresh fruit and a huge variety of foods available. The layout of the hotel allows you to sit in the lobby area and never feel open and exposed. There are little corners and places where you can sit and enjoy your meal and feel as if you are the only people there! A nice surprise was the complimentary snacks and drinks from 5:30-7:30 each night and again, you could have a nice private "happy hour" with your travel companions and enjoy the evening. Finally, we ate at the hotel for several meals (and we really don't do that when we travel) and the food was EXCELLENT. I felt the price for the food was reasonable and that the service was great! This is a great hotel that we booked based on price but would return again and ignore price for the added benefits that we got!

Business-luxury hotel near LAXPosted Jan 21, 2014
Pros: Shuttle service to LAX, and being across street from Budget rental car.
Location: Centrally located for business.
Excellent service, very nice complementary breakfast and happy hour, nice suite, with every 15 min. shuttle service to LAX, and across street from a chain rental car agency (no waiting for ride to hotel). Use often for quarterly trip to CA, as last night stay before flying home.
