“Needs repair and cleaning”

The best thing about Extended Stay America was the location. The toliet, the sink, and tub had mold. The refrigarator and bed made so much noise it was hard to sleep. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by one small wire. We paid for internet service that worked only a couple of minutes the entire week. Location is not everything!

“Nice place for long term stays”

Just remember this hotel is meant for long term stays. You will not get linen service daily. You need to exchange your own towels and ask for hotel shampoo, etc. This is in the rules before you make your reservation. If I am in the area again, I will definitely look to stay here again.

“The worst hotel ever...”

We were there only for the weekend, and the experience is horrible. The first thing we saw when we arrived are 2 fire trucks in front of the lobby and their lights are on. When I come into the lobby, the fire fighters are there complete with all the gears for fighting fire. There is apparently a small fire accident in the 3rd floor and when the fire chief tells them that they need to replace the fire extinguisher and the receptionist does not have a clue if there is one for a replacement, and she is the only one there. The room is dirty and smell like cigarrete. The carpet is dirty and has lots of stains. Some of the stains are red. I am not sure if it is blood or something else. Table edges are sticky and dirty. Overall, I tried not too touch too much of anything in the room since I am sure that they are Yucky.... Only soap is provided in the bathroom. The customer service is not that great either. We can not open the main entrance after 11:00PM since it is locked, and instead of giving us a new key for it they give us an additional key that I am not sure will work. They did not even want to show us that the new key is working even when I asked them. No cleaning service during the time that we were there either and when you read the rule, they only clean the room once a week. There is not too many staffs there as far as I can see during the whole weekend we were there, we only see 1 person at receptionist desk at all time, and usually she is chatting with 3 service crews.

“NIce Hotel for Guest with Dogs and Smokers”

I frequently stayed in this hotel, for good service, cleanliness, great accomodation wtih kitchen facilities, and covenience to local eateries and freeway access. However, the last stay was not pleasant at all for the following resons: 1) The non-smoking room smelled like previous guess smoke like there was no tomorow 2). Too many guest w dogs in and out and the loby looked like Pet Hotel. Found owner w 2 dogs and one of them is taller than her and the smaller dogs was barking continuously and fight with other dogs. I love dogs allright, and I think the hotel should limit the number of rooms assigned for guest with dogs to accomodate both guests with and without dogs to stay happy. Furthemore, the management should check the non-smoking room when the guest leave, and should impose penalty or charges to the guest if the non smoking poicy is violated. I hope the management take action for better service. I thank you to the front desk with gracious and attentive service, she personally sent the missing tv remote to the room !

“A Good 2 Star Hotel.”

This hotel is a great stay, if you are looking for someplace just to rest your head. It does not have any of the amenities, but the bed is comfy. It is a little difficult to locate if you don't know the area, but a quit 1 minute drive puts you in touch with everything. For type of hotel it is, it was a good stay.

When I arrived at the Hotel at the front desk, I presented my online itenerary. The Hotel personnel found my information, handed me keys, told me how to locate my room and everthing was great from then on. I was in room 310 -excellent location. It was the quiet side of the hotel as well as always shaded. What I really enjoyed was the windows -you could open the windows for fresh air -I really like that feature and will definitely be returning for another visit. I hope I can get the same room. I also was able to utilize the internet during my stay and that was a pleasant experience as well.
