“will never go back there”

first of all my reservation through expedia was not honored. i was given a room on the ground floor and when i came back with my family i was stopped and given another room on the third floor which had cigarette smell all over the corridor and the bed was so bad that the spring made noises when i turn , the towels and bathroom floor had hair , the carpet was so dirty that i had to wear my shoes all the time i was in the room. I guess the receptionist was genuinely concerned about the motel that my young kids will ruin their good first floor room and gave me a crappy room on the third floor and that she was not being a racist by taking the good room away from a family from third world country for an american family waiting at the counter.

“would never ever stay there again.”

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I ever got trapped in. Few things wrong with our "Upgraded King Suite". Sheets too small for the bedm floor in kitchen area so sticky and dirty our slippers got stuck to the floor. The shower head was broken and sprayed all over the ceiling. Room had a ceiling fan that was , I think white but so dirty it had globs of dirty and dust hanging off of it. Did not want to turn it on for fear of what would hit us. They were asked to reclean it. They said they would. Had all day and not only did they not do it but told us that night they would not unless we stayed 7 days. Finally move us to a regular room which was a little better.

“OK Place”

A clean nice place to lay your head. Location is great in relation to some decent "chain" restaurants," Burbank Airport, and Burbank.

“Itching all over!!!”

Had to listen to dogs barking a few doors down..... and my room had FLEAS! I got bit up!!!!!!!

“Don't stay if you want to do buisness on the net!”

This hotel has the SLOWEST internet access I've experienced since dial up.... They use a company called Goesch that is awful! Aside from that the hotel is nice... I just had to keep going to Starbucks whenever my wife sent me a picture.. or one tiny application (85mb) took 3 HOURS to download!!! Dreadful! This is the 21st century people... Get with it!

“Best Burbank Hotel”

We have been using this hotel for over a year now. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. There was a bit of an issue the last time we were there, but it was handled professionally and appropriately...we were so glad about that. We will definitely continue to use and recommend this hotel.
