“I would go back”

It was convenent of where I was planning to go the next day. All i needed was a tv, bed and a kitchen. Felt like home indeed. However, the bed was a bit hard, overall, it was a nice stay.

“Will come again”

The room was fine. The boxspring cover was dirty. Overal the experience was fine.

“Too much missing”

We booked here for s3 nights, as I had stayed at another Extended Stay America which was entirely satisfactory. But the "quality control" of this one was non- existent. First we discover in the utensils drawer only 3 items : no forks, 1 knife, 2 spoons. We notified the desk and eventually got a few more utensils. Then we discovered that the TV remote did not work, and maintenance had to come and exchange it. There were more incidents, but not to make this too long, the culmination was when we tried to make scrambled eggs, and the burner fell down into the stove. It was by then the weekend, and we were told no maintenance until Monday! The one positive thing I would say is that the young woman at the desk was unfailingly polite and tried her best to to help. But clearly, something is very wrong here beyond her ability to fix.

“OK place.”

OK place to stay if you're in a business trip. If you're on vacation, you might feel depressed because it's in located in an industrial area, close to the freeway and LGB airport.

“All the extended stay have horrible beds unless you like sleeping on concrete.”

“Would stay there again.”

The hotel had friendly staff, easy check in/check out, clean rooms and an excellent rate. Will stay there again....

“Not impressed”

My main complaint was the kitchen. It had burn marks and stains on the counter, and the cabinet door would not close - it hung open.

“Great experience”

We booked here for the kitchenette, since we were staying for two weeks. The room was all we needed. Fridge could have used a defrosting, wasn't as cold as it should have been, but freezer was fine. Carpet had a stain, but the room was clean and fresh. A/C worked fine, but even though it's close to the airport, we slept most nights with the window open with no undue noise. Staff was super friendly each time we needed anything! 24 hour restaurant within walking distance was a plus. Nice area, we felt safe at all hours.

Area recommendations
If you want a great view of the area, Hilltop Park, just around the corner from the hotel gives a wonderful 360* view of Long Beach, all the way to L.A, even on a not so clear day! And the beaches are clean, lovely for an early morning/late evening stroll in Long Beach. Lots of parking in the area, but be wary of the street cleaning days or you'll get a ticket. We're not into the big city/Hollywood scene, so Long Beach is a cool place to stay and perhaps make a quick run into L.A. for a couple of hours, then back to the sanity of the real world.

“fairly priced hotel”

I would say that the hotel was a reasonable price, in a fairly good neighborhood, and was clean. The little kitchenette was convenient. The bed was somewhat stiff as were the starchy sheets, but they weren't horrible. I felt that it was a good deal and I would recommend it for a short stay.
