“Pleasant Experience”
Pleasant experience for a one aday business trip. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.
“Good stay at a decent hotel”
I was looking for something relatively inexpensive at a central location and this hotel kept cropping up in my search. I'm glad i chose this one. The service personnel were very friendly and accommodating, the room itself was clean and fit my needs, and the location was a stones throw from CSU Northridge where I plan on attending next semester. My only complaints are the quality of the mattress, it squeaked a lot and was not as soft as I would have preferred, and the vent in the bathroom was very loud and got annoying after a while. There were also some major scuffs in the kitchen floor, frayed threads in the carpet, and the comforter has some holes and tears in the outer lining. Nonetheless, I found the room and hotel a very pleasant and relaxing experience and definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick place to crash at a reasonable price.
“its alright”
a step above a motel. during my stay: good • got top floor for a single person, good! • clean and slick looking • big room, kitchenette, air conditioner • felt secure in a kinda poor looking neighborhood bad • bed was hard • walls are thin as usual • hallway smell like bug spray • no free continental breakfast • no free internet • showtime only - showtime sucks • meager offering of soap bars

We were there for two nights, good security, and very comfortable. Could have more TV channels to choose from.
“will not return”
The guests above were noisy until about 3 am. Sounded like they were running and jumping around. I had read there were quiet hours - didn't seem to be in effect at this hotel. Also, I left something in my room. I realized it that evening and called about it. Since the room was booked again they couldn't check then and houskeeping was gone. The gentleman said to call back in the morning. I did and he said he would check with housekeeping and that I should call back later. I felt he should call me back after he had checked with housing. I called the next day and a woman answered. She was very helpful and checked with housing while I waited on the line. They found my item and I was able to pick it up on our next trip to LA.
“The last Stay”
We stayed here 2 years ago and did not have the same experience. Upon check in there were 3 different instances of customer complaints. Had to bring dirty towels to front desk to receive clean ones! BYOT?? I guess. 2 star?? Will not return.
“Not Impressed”
The staff were friendly enough. The room was sanitary. The bed was not comfortable. I couldn't even take a shower, the shower head was ductaped and would not even turn on. The bathroom sink took forever to get even warm water and it took 10 min for the water to drain out of the sink. Over all this wasn't a pleasant experience. I will never stay here again.

Hotel was O.K. Service was great, room was very clean. Bed was hard, so sleep was not as good as expected. But would probably stay again.
