Very bad service

Pros: Because it is close my home, we booked for our guesses. We hope next time they can improve their service.
Cons: Buy more utensils. Nice to the guesses.
Location: Good location.
We asked cooking utensils, but first day, hotel said not enough utensils for guesses, we have to wait. Next day, hotel said we didn't ask for. When we asked again, we were told they would delive them to the room, but not. Very sad! Beside, it was very noisy when the mid night. The reason we booked this hotel just for cooking. But we asked twice, we still didn't get any utensils to deliver to the room. We are very disappointed.

Bare bones, but clean.

The hotel had a stovetop, refrigerator & microwave, but no dishes, silverware or cups. They only provided one small plastic cup & 2 small bars of soap. The 2 full size beds had one pillow each. The walls were thin, but luckily it wasn't crowded. The room was clean & freshly painted.

Horrible dirty and rude staff

The staff was rude. I've stated at this hotel before so I know they have nicer ruins but they gave me the worst dirtiest room they had and it smelled like an ashtray in there, I found hair in the towel. Lamp didn't work.

Decent area. Neighbors were a little noisy playing music, and the hallway smelled a bit like smoke. But, room was nice, clean and big with a useful kitchenette.

Good Hotel Overall but 1 thing

There is no one at the desk late nite so some residents were noisy at 4am n there is no one to fix it. Other than that the hotel is fine. Staff were very kind.
