closest hotel we could find to CSUN.

Cons: quality of sheets and towels.
very close to lots of restaurants and stores. safe area. great free parking and free wifi.big rooms. great having full kitchen and big refrigerator.

Terrible stay

They only clean room once a week. You have to go to reception desk to get towels and sheets.

I wasn't happy with the hotel stay.

Pros: The only thing I liked was that their was a McDonald close by.
Cons: A lot can be improve. First the non smoking area can be more fresh and clean air. The beds can be bigger and breakfast can be better.
Location: Northridge location
I wasn't happy with the hotel stay. When I got to my room it smelled of smoke. Like if someone was smoking in the hall way. The beds were very small. Also the T.V. didn't give a lot of channels. The room came with only one coffee bag and it didn't look like the sugar and cream was refill. In the morning for breakfast was only breakfast bar and fruit. I was very disappointed with the hotel. I can't believe that I paid more for this hotel and got less.

Bad experiences

I will never stay in an Extended Stay again. Between the fire alarm going off,and being questioned when I asked for clean towels, the hotel not having them available, also the pathetic continental breakfast setup, it was a bit too much.

Nice hotel for overnight stay.

Pros: Staff and cleanliness.
Cons: Stocking of room with items people need-coffees and kleenex
Location: Nearby to Cal State University Northridge.
Hotel was close to our destination. No kleenex in the room. Only 1 type of coffee in the room, had to go to front desk to get decaf for night. Staff was helpful in giving us directions. Room was comfortable and spacious. For the price no brakfast as compared to other hotels. Snacks don't count as a brakfast.
