Everything was okay. Only thing was the complimentary breakfast used as a hook: it was nothing but cheap coffee and granola bars. Also, one of the ladies at front desk was super rude.

Save your money. I got here and the only thing they have done in the room as far as cleaning it was made to bed somebody had froze a soda in the freezer busted all over the freezer the stove was dirty like somebody just got finished cooking even the countertops were dirty they had no clean sheets or clean towels we use their own stuff save your money plus somewhere else or stay home the staff was ridiculous like there's no purpose of hospitality in the industry anymore because nobody in the industry has it if you're wondering why we stayed still just because we are homeless at the moment I already paid my money and we were tired

The floors in the building were not cleaned once during my 6 night stay. The room had old french frys u der the bed. The coffee in the morning was always empty by 8:30am. The employees were nice and helpful. The area was nice.

Disappointing Stay: Unkept Room, Missing Amenities
After a very long drive, I hoped to unwind at the hotel, but it didn't go as planned. The room lacked essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, and cups. I had to go to the lobby to fetch them. The lobby staff claimed not to have a disposable cup, which seemed dubious since the next morning there were plenty of paper cups available for coffee. The carpet was so messy with rice grains, which obviously was not vacuumed. I even found pants in a drawer. The stove light wasn't working, and the bathroom ventilation was too loud. This has been my worst hotel experience so far.

Our check in date was 24th December and check out date is 28th december. we are not able to switch on the AC for 3 days. as because their was very very bad smell coming from the AC. So we request for changing the room but their was no room available.my kid is also can't sleep properly because of the smell and the AC both.we requested for refund but only $11 refund given at the time of check out,which is not expected.

Our room had bars on the window. When we walked in it was freezing cold so we shut the windows that were wide open. We realized that the windows were left open due to the odor of smelly feet. I asked to be put into another room. That room was in the middle of a remodel and smelled like fresh paint. My daughter and I both got bit multiple times by something. Don't stay here!!!!1

A horrible start that ended ok
The first room I was given was in horrible condition: damaged furniture, missing desk lamp and chair, no art work, gouges across the wall above the bed, and a very noisy air conditioner. The last straw came when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and saw roaches when I turned on the light, and noticed a dead one in the bathtub! I went to the front desk 1st thing in the morning and they were very apologetic and happy to give me a new room. They told me the woman that had been staying long term in the room before me was "a little crazy." Why would you give someone that room then?!? The new room was perfectly acceptable and felt like a different hotel. My rating would be totally different if I hadn't had the first experience Also, be aware that the "breakfast included" is minimal - granola bars, packaged muffins, instant oatmeal, and coffee/tea.

This property was horrible. Very dirty! Hallway and stairway smelled of urine. When I arrived to checkin the agent was rude. I was suppose to be there for 3 nights and ended up checking out the next morning and requested a refund. Never be back again!
