Fair hotel

Posted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: The location
Cons: Get sheets that fit the bed. Add kleenex
Location: Close to the American mall with many eating places and shopping
Was pleased that the room looked better then the outside. The hotel had trouble with getting the right number of towels and there was not kleenex. It was close to our sons home and the price was right.

Pleasantly surprised

Working in the movie industry I often find myself needing a place to escape to get work done away from home and the set. The quality of the room and service is unparralled at that price.

Pros: nothing!!
Cons: everything!!!
Location: good location but horrible hotel
My family and I stayed here for two days and where do I begin..... Some lights didn't turn on there was a picture frame above the bed with broken glass, the air conditioner was duck taped to the wall, the toilet seat was broken and the sliding mirror door to the closet was off of its bracket that's only the inside of the room!! Now the outside the hotel is run down there puddles of water every where you have to really be careful that you don't fall it smells so bad. I would not recommend this place if it was the last hotel standing.

Clean & accessible to Galleria/Americana

Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Short drive to where we were going to.
Cons: Their bath soap is too hard and not leathery (lack of better word to describe it)
Location: It's walking distance to Americana and Glendale Galleria.
Except for the loud noise coming from the AC unit, the room & it's surrounding are clean. It's a decent place to stay for a night.

Cheap but smelly

Posted Feb 25, 2015
I reserved a non smoking room. The front desk man was nice and accommodate me when I said the intitial room smelled too much like cigarettes. The second room I was assigned to still smelled and stunk up all my clothes and hair. I had to work the next day and I smelled like a smoker. Also they charge for Ice. You'll need quarters for the machine. The tv channels were very fuzzy but they had cable. The A/C worked perfectly but still did not help in getting the smell out.

Pros: be Dias comfortable
Had to park in the street, staff lacks interpersonal skills, no cups, hood over the stove was greasy.

Every thing about the inn was very nice. Xtra points to the inn for having great phone skills. Personally I'd recommend a stay there. Excellent food as well. Internet was a tad slow but What wifi isn't? After checkout they confirmed I had all my things. Setting a wake-up call was easy. Unbeatable pricing. Cool location for shopping. Keep in mind the location is easy to miss. Still a nice, quiet, location.
