“I will stay here again!”

I went on a girls' road trip in the middle of July. This place is clean, friendly and comfortable. Our car's battery went dead on the morning of departure (Sunday). After 2 gentlemen didn't have luck with starting the car, their maintenance guy saved the day and fixed the problem. He didn't even want any money for helping us. We girls were very grateful! This place is close to everything. We plan on another road trip soon and are going to stay here again!

My family planned our Spring Break vacation in Los Angeles and stayed at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Manhattan Beach. Good location and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning that offered great variety of foods. They also offered beer, wine and cheese every evening at their social gathering. Hawthorn also had fresh fruit at the front desk that we could grab on our way out the door! The room was clean and comfortable. We'd return as well as recommend any time!

“great layover, great value yet again”

We're not in LA for the film stars ....just a good sleep and some interesting walks and bike rides just to recover from jet lag. Third time we've stayed here, each time for about 3 or 4 days. Perfect place and when you're over sleeping a leisurely 20 min walk through a lush affluent suburb gets you to the foreshore, the 30 km bike ride path or the many restaurants and boutiques. Back at the hotel you're close to Macys and good supermarkets & restaurants one way and great Thai restaurant the other. Breakfast is all you could ask for, cleanliness excellent and the largest number of quirky freebies in the room we've ever had!

This is a convenient location ofr business and leisure travelers who want a short commute to the airport and beach towns. The breakfast buffet is fantastic!

The rooms were very clean and large enough to accommodate our family. We especially liked the breakfast (nice assortment of food items) and the "Kitchen Staff" deserves a thumbs up! They were very responsive to our needs and made sure that the food items were replenished timely, each and everyday of our stay. The hotel is very close to the beach and piers, just a quick drive to Redondo Beach, very convenient. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to L.A.

“Great Hotel... Would stay again!”

The stay here was great! The room was clean and comfy. I would stay here again. My only problem was the parking... The parking garage was small and always full. BUT, it was free so I guess I can't complain too much. We went for a weekend trip to Universal. It was about a 40 minute drive to the theme park. Not too close to anything except the beach and LAX but the surrounding area was nice.

“Awesome!”

The hotel was gorgeous and far exceeded any expectations I had. The staff was super helpful and the rooms were awesome. A fantastic value! The breakfast was excellent and all you can eat :) Proximity to the beach was acceptable, we just parked in a nearby neighborhood and enjoyed the 10 minute walk to a day of sunbathing. We will be back!!!
