“Very Accomodating Staff and great location”

great location! We had a day on check in; missed our flight; rough ride in with the transfer company ( which I would not recommend) and my husband was complaining a bit; super nice manager really played it forward said " I know about long days in planes and airports I hope you will enjoy a complimentary breakfast on us tomorrow morning after a good night's sleep!" Pretty nice don't you think

“Hollywood Heights Hotel now called Hilton Garden I”

we found this hotel to be good. the staff were friendly in all areas. The location was great, with walking access to hollywood blvd just down the road. the tour company starline also picked and dropped you off at the hotel door if needed. the hotel has a pool, bar and restaurant for breakfast and dinner service. would recommend to everyone and would stay there again. only concern for me was my checkout bill, for phone calls home to australia. extremely high, still waiting on info from the hotel regarding the cost. believe there may be a service fee added to calls. i wasn't aware of. but checkout clerk suggested to get a phone card in the future. learn by mistakes.

“Will stay next time”

Very nice hotel. Great staff: friendly Alex, couple other guys in the Breakfast area - nice folks. I like their small but absolutely helpful Business Room, where you will find two desktops. When, I am traveling with Family, I don`t like taking my laptop with me - less hassle. Location is very conveniently set up with short walking distance to Walk of Fame, Starline tours (you can get city tour, or Celebs Houses tour etc)

Better than expected; very convenient location too! Very well maintained for a building that is older. Will absolutely stay here again.

“Super friendly staff!”

My teen-aged daughter and I stayed here for 3 days, and were so impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff! We felt very welcome, and at breakfast the staff were just so incredibly friendly. While this is definitely not a boutique hotel and such, it was a nice surprise to be treated so well in what is essentially a touristy neighborhood. If you stay there, you should request a room on the pool side of the hotel, as the street noise was relatively high.

“The Hilton Garden Inn”

This hotel was set in a great location so handy to all the main attractions. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and the hotel is kept very clean on all accounts, I was very happy as I got what I asked for, a room with a view of the lovely Hollywood Hills. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether for business or pleasure, it's a great place to stay.

“Too much traffic noise”

The location was great,,,but too noisy at night because off traffic noise all the time..very hard to sleep..maybe other rooms on the inside would be ok.

“clean, close to hollywood blvd, but noisy room :(”

Hotel was perfectly fine in terms of physical aspect; however the room we had 213, by the elevator was horrid in terms of noise. It's literraly sharing a wall with the elevator; you can hear it everytime it stops on the floor, in the morning there are loud banging noises; possibly from the cleaning crew's carts. It does not make for a relaxing restful sleep; they really should consider insulating the rooms near the elevator. Other than that clean and close to hollywood blvd. , kodak theater, the mall etc :)

“Sucks”

Took money out of account for night stay extra. Customer service sucked had to tell them twice. Lied to me.
