Worst room ever

Pros: Nothing
I couldn't sleep it smell like dogs spent the night there, its a good thing they are remodeling, because it needs it really bad. First and last time I'll spend the night there.

Pros: location
Location: Valencia has a lovely downtown and very enjoyable!
staff not connected to customer service, distracted by remodel. My husband and I are still laughing because we asked for a recommendation for breakfast and they said an off site restaurant. We walked outside of office and there was a sign pointing restaurant down hall? We enjoyed breakfast down the hall and where dazzled by the kind service.

Hotel undergoing renovations, but we were given a renovated room, even though we checked in pretty late. It smelled clean and new, the room was nice and clean. It had a fridge and microwave, plus a Keurig! The showerhead was bizarre but awesome. We wanted to grab a drink before calling it a night, and were directed to the "restaurant". It was a small buffet room with a tiny portable bar, we were thinking it would be a real sit down at a bar kinda place! The buffet in the morning was diverse and check out was simple. Overall, a simple but nice hotel that will benefit from it's improvements in progress.

There was too much freeway noise in the room, the door undercut was so large that I could hear every word from people talking in the corridor and to top it off the bathroom exhaust could not be turned off (I closed the door to the bathroom but could still hear the fan). Seems like a cheap hotel but the price wasn't cheap.

Pros: Room was very nice and being able to park so close to the hotel with so much luggage was a bonus
Cons: Pool being open Refurbishment taking place with builders,noise and having to drive to alternative hotel to use.Should be completed 28th march
Location: Six flags magic mountain- wow!! Shopping mall, town centre, walmart all close by
We spent 3 nights at this hotel arriving on friday 14th march-the day we were due to arrive we discovered that the expedia website had added a warning stating that some of the hotel was being refurbished and the pool and spa area was currently closed. We were never personally advised or warned prior to arrival- this was booked weeks ago! Having a 5yr old son we had booked this hotel for the pool and its location for six flags magic mountain. Our room was number 263- it had just been refurbished but was next to current building work. On arrival it was confirmed that the pool and spa was all shut but we had unlimited use of the pool at the holiday inn express which was a short drive (less than 5mins) .our room was really nice but noisy during day when workers were on site between 10-6pm. I did speak to staff about the noise and they said if it got any worse they could move us. Discounted tickets for six flags were excellent 45dollars for adults at reception but was advised to buy child ticket at park itself as 29.99 (for under 48inches )however this was incorrect and cost 43 on the gate. The theme park is awesome (for kids and especially adults) and located on the opposite side of the road. Lots of places to eat and walmart less than 10min drive. Due to the refurb and pool closure we spent 2 out the 3 days at the holiday inn using there facilities which wasnt ideall. Once the refurb is complete and pool back open this is by far the best option for anyone wanting to stay here

Hotel Under Renovation

Pros: Room was comfortable enough but inconvenience definitely affected it.
Cons: Inform customers before bookings.
Location: Near Magic Mountain and multiple restaurants. Was there for business meeting on monday, didn't really look at other local activities.
We booked hotel with Expedia online but there was no notice that it was currently being renovated. Chose this hotel over another for the cozy looking lobby. However when we got there we were told there was no lobby and the pool and gym were also closed. The staff did furnish a pass to LA Fitness which we are already members to but they close at 8 pm on sunday. We planned on using the gym after that hour. There was also no Remote control in the room which became a bigger issue since there was no where else in the hotel to go to. We would have been fine with the inconvenience had we known ahead of time. Believe this mishap to be inconsiderate and wrong.

Cons: Notice about construction would have been nice.
There was no mention that the hotel was under construction. it was difficult to find parking or the temporary entrance , but the room was clean and comfortable.
