Room was clean, staff was great. Didn't have a lot of extra amenities in the room but we were only staying one night, so it worked out fine. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Very comfortable

The front desk staff went out of their way to help me with lost airline luggage, short van rides, and directions.

Nice...beach friendly!

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: We liked the location, it's nice rooms, and it's ease of parking.
Cons: The pool is only 3.5 feet deep at it's deepest...not cool for teenagers who wanted to swim.
Location: We loved walking to The Pike and Shoreline Village. Fun shops and cute/delicious places to eat available.
The hotel met our expectations. Staff was helpful and available. Rooms were clean and beds were VERY comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Typical convention center hotel

Posted Jul 22, 2014
We stayed one night with two kids, on the way down to San Diego from LAX. Staff was friendly and the room was good size. Our room has a good view of the sea side of the town. Walkable to lots of restaurants, but it is a bit out of the way of the action. The parking lot is a bit tight.

Convention center visitor

Posted Jul 21, 2014
The hotel is not a good walk to the Convention Center any time, but especially at night. The hotel has shuttle service to the Convention Center on what it calls "first come first serve" which means no scheduled pick up at hotel or at the Convention Center. "First come" means you ride to the CC only if the shuttle isn't taking passengers to the airport. So I would strongly urge against choosing this hotel if you are attending an event at the CC. If you have a car, you pay parking at both locations; so having scheduled shuttle service would be a big plus for such travelers.

First class comfort here!

Posted Jul 3, 2014
This hotel is a class act from the piano in the lobby to the roof top pool, I had a 14th floor room with view of city but I imagine there is better over looking sea if you can request! Only thing was a noise from outside (or could of been next doors ac) during the night but they said theyd check it out in morning, perfect location wish I stayed more than 1 night! Enjoy ....
