“Dont stay here unless you have too”

The lobby is nice, and it ends there. The room was small, all services were slow, the internet is slow and expensive, the valet is slow and expensive. The gym smells and is crowded. My room was tiny, and had a TV from the 90's. It was old and dirty. I will never stay here again.

Area recommendations

Stay by the beach or in Beverly Hills/Hollywood. Dont stay by LAX unless you have too.

“Nice Hilton hotel. Very clean hotel. Great staff! Parking & internet too expensive.”

We asked for a renovated room when we checked in and the room was really nice & very clean. The plumbing in the walls is noisy when other rooms use their showers. I didn't hear any airplanes. The parking & internet is expensive. The dining room & room service is pricey but typical for full service hotels. The staff was great. Kenny checked us in and was very friendly. The housekeepers were very friendly and did a great job cleaning our room all week. Enjoyed our stay.

“convenience for LAX”

stayed there because I have HIlton Honors points and it is convenient for a stop over while waiting for a next day connection at LAX they charge way too much for a glass of mediocre wine!

“Stay here, avoid the Westin”

I can summarize this review in one sentence: if you need to stay near Los Angeles Airport, stay at the Hilton, do NOT stay at the Westin LAX. I've always liked the Westin but the people the Westin were truly horrible this visit around. I checked out on night two and came over to the Hilton instead, where the folks were terrific - and the room actually much nicer than the Westin. Also memorable: the food at the Hilton, which was great (versus the Daily Grill menu at the Westin, which is starting to look really dated in today's America.) Thanks again to the staff for a nice stay.

“will definitely go back”

The hotel is in a accessible area & I loved it. I was worried about the surrounding neighborhood, but the neighborhood was fine. Its right across the street from the airport so you will get some noise from the planes, but it was enough to bother me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to LA.

“Will never go there again!”

- No free wireless internet. - Even if you pay for it, its VERY slow. - Parking is difficult. - Close to airport will be lucky if you can sleep. Overall I didn't like it, I payed to change my airline ticket and leave one night earlier. Will never go to Hilton again.
