“Great stay at LAX”

This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay near LAX airport. An airport shuttle is available. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The service is excellent. We always stay at this hotel when arriving in L.A. and if we have an early morning flight.

“Nice but a few mistakes”

Ice machines on all floors (yes, I actually got so frustrated I went to three floors to half fill a bucket.) All I tried were very, very slow, if they gave you anything at all. Amenities in the bath were nice--too bad they left us two bottles of hair conditioner instead of one shampoo and one conditioner.. oh well, I had washed my hair the morning before. Small thing, but small things add up to a truly great hotel. Swift-checkout option was great. No stopping by to pick up a piece of paper and missing the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle driver was great, polite, courteous and didn't raise an eyebrow when an obviously "foreign" visitor to the USA forgot (but later remembered) a tip for the guy. That is "class" for a shuttle driver. I would definitely stay there again. And the restaurants were also great. Didn't have to leave the facility to have a wonderful time.

I arrived at about 2 AM and was welcomed with a very friendly receptionist. To check in was very efficient and prompt and within minutes I was in my room. The hotel is of high standards and my room was perfect. The service was excellent and I highly recommend it and would go back again.

Hotel was magnificent and we were very impressed with the number of floors that they had. Clean, very comfortable beds, and a gracious front desk person. Would recommend to any weary traveler.

“Would happily stay again”

We were very happy with the room in every sense. We liked the tea/coffee facility in the room. The bed was big and comfy and the decor calm and relaxing. Cafe was good with good service and menu. Shuttle free and frequent. Compared really well to another more expensive and inferior airport hotel we stayed at which advertised free shuttle but then asked for payment.

I love that hotel. I would recommend getting a Hilton Honors card if you can for faster service. The pool is really nice toswim in and the restaurants have excellent food. They are pricey though. It is worth it though. Also the convenience of leaving the car there and staying before and after a trip is great.
