Pros: The housekeeping staff was great - they did a great job.
Cons: Staffing and customer service. Be polite - Greet your guests!
My least favorite Hilton I've stayed at. The hotel seemed understaffed. The wait to check in was long. Room service got my order wrong all 3 times I used their services. The wait to valet your car was 20 minutes long. Only half of the staff would greet you with a simple, good morning or a hello. One of the mornings, I walked up to the front desk and instead of a "good morning" I got a "Yes?". Oh and if someone is trying to call the front desk on the phone to ask a question, good luck - you'll have to call 3 or 4 times before someone picks up the phone.

Really? At those rates they charge me to park :(Posted Jul 14, 2014
Nice hotel and helpful staff but OMG the parking garage is horrible. I spent 45 minutes just trying to find a parking place. The sinage is confusing and it felt like it was 110°. On top of the stressful parking conditions they have the odacity to charge over $25.00 a day for their own quests to park (NOT COOL!!).

Excellent airport/hotel transfersPosted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Close to airport as we only had a night stop over.
Cons: Pool area needs toilets and showers in closer proximity, we had to walk through a wedding party and guests in our wet togs.
Location: Hop on hop off bus.
Hotel was lovely and clean, good pool complex, fabulously comfy bed after our 12hour flight.

Parking!!!Posted Jul 13, 2014
Check-in process was painless. We got our room 1 king bed. Nothing extra ordinary just standard room. No internet connection in the room. You have to pay $13 per day to get internet in your room. The internet in the lobby very slow. I have to use my data which is far better than the lobby's internet. No fridge in the room. Very strange you have to pay $25 to get fridge. We travel all over the world the only place I saw that we have to pay $25 to get fridge in the room. Does not sound like 4 Star hotel. Our biggest nightmare was parking lot. We paid $27 a day to park our car. Going in and out of parking was nightmare unless you pay $37 to get valet parking. They reserve 3 & 4 level garage for valet and 5 & 6 for self parking. Which also occupied by some car rental companies. They often blocked level 5 end entrance which forces u to go to park in level 6. We also notice in many occasions that valet team drives racklessly in the garage since they knows their way in and out of the garage does not give them the right to drive other people's car racklessly.

Close sand convenient to LAX airportPosted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Excellent shuttle service, clean room with tea and coffee facilities
Cons: Soundproof the rooms
Clean, efficient staff, lovely room but you need to ask for quiet room, ours faced the airport and was by no means sound proof. Disappointing with only 5 hours rest to be had.

Our 2nd year anniversary stay at the HiltonPosted Jul 9, 2014
I wish we had at least a fridge in the room and possibly a microwave; even if it were communal. The concierge was very helpful and a trip saver. I also was disappointed with our first room; a studio room with a view of a wall. It was really dark and not what I expected; as being an upgrade. So we downgraded to a king size room but our rate stay the same. The view was much better and I felt better but was disappointed about the rate not decreasing because of the downgrade. Overall I was satisfied but just not thrilled.

Not worth money.Posted Jul 8, 2014
We travel a good bit and was disappointed with our experience at this particular Hilton. The air didn't seem to work. We are from GA and need our air. Be prepared to pay $30 a night for parking too just for staying. They offer better deals to people who aren't their guest.

The End of Our US VacationPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The courteous and friendly staff, the Landings Bar and the proximity to LAX.
Cons: Nothing, just keep up the good work!
Location: As we were flying out of LA to Australia, the proximity to LAX was great. Also the ease with which we could get to the beaches and tourist stops also.
As we were nearing the end of our US vacation, we found the Hilton at LAX to be both convenient in its location and more than comfortable and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were courteous and helpful and the rates and service very good. We particularly enjoyed the atmosphere, food and drinks at The Landings Bar.

Nice hotel close to airport.Posted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness, updated, modern, visually appealing
Cons: Better/quicker desk service for check in and out
Location: Airport was very close by, with free shuttle
Very clean facilities. Nice and updated. Great breakfast services- pricey but definitely worthy of the quality of the food.
