One night for business

Pros: Most everything. Great breakfast. Best hamburger I've had in a long time.
Cons: See above
Location: Great restaurants. Americana and other shopping nearby.
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times for business and leisure. My only complaint is that this time the door to our room was loose and shook (rattled) every time someone opened/closed their door, which was very often because housekeeping was nearby. Other than this, which is a simple fix, it is a great place to stay.

Took half an hour for a waiter to arrive at our table and then he scolded us for not ordering sooner. He told us it was last call. Our table of people just laughed. Dude,how about first call?

A nice comfy stay

Came to town for the daytime Emmys. Was 10 minutes from Warner bros studios which was great! Upon arrival we parked in the Parking garage on site And from the get go the attendant was amazingly nice and helpful as well as the two other male attendants we encountered within our stay. The checkin staff was also nice and didn't take too long. Hotel lobby was clean and sparkly. Room was a little tricky to find only because the halls intertwine but it was funny/comical or so we thought. Upon entering the room it was nice and was kept up very well. Never felt at any point was the room not up to par or not clean. Felt safe the entire time! Would definitely recommend people to stay here and will be back for sure!!

I could go to holiday inn or best western and get a better bargain. Water didnt work right. Skip this one.

Close to freeway and Brand St.

Pros: Cleanliness.
Cons: Pillows
Location: Close to the freeway and Brand St.
Lobby was really nice. Parking was expensive-ish. Room was near the elevator so we could hear voices and we had no view. Bed was ok, sheets were clean. Pillows sucked. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. AC worked and was quiet. Didn't know we were going to have a door going into the room next to us.

Issues

Pros: The pool area was pleasant.
Cons: Room maintenance.
Location: There is a mall nearby.
The door did not work. It needed to be adjusted. The bulbs in three lamps needed to be replaced. We requested a refrigerator several times & finally got one. Breakfast was not included & it cost 20/person. The television only had minimal channels.
