I could go to holiday inn or best western and get a better bargain. Water didnt work right. Skip this one.

Close to freeway and Brand St.

Pros: Cleanliness.
Cons: Pillows
Location: Close to the freeway and Brand St.
Lobby was really nice. Parking was expensive-ish. Room was near the elevator so we could hear voices and we had no view. Bed was ok, sheets were clean. Pillows sucked. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. AC worked and was quiet. Didn't know we were going to have a door going into the room next to us.

Issues

Pros: The pool area was pleasant.
Cons: Room maintenance.
Location: There is a mall nearby.
The door did not work. It needed to be adjusted. The bulbs in three lamps needed to be replaced. We requested a refrigerator several times & finally got one. Breakfast was not included & it cost 20/person. The television only had minimal channels.

We enjoy working out they have reall clean gym. The pool is nice view from top floors it's close to trader joes too.

they charged me twice in my credit card .and im still waiting for my money back.im not recommended this hotel .I asked to the reception why they charge in my credit card and they don't know to explain.

Didn't like that a hotel guest has to pay 19.99 each day for parking at least make it a one time payment of 19.99 other than that it was good

Cons: At least provide body wash please.
Even though Hilton is a famous brand in hotel industry, but staffs who are working at this hotel didn't provide a good service. We want to change a room because of some problems, but they said they can't do it. And they don't have body wash or shower gel also. Parking is a liitle bit expensive, which is cost $19/day. I won't recommand my friends go to this hotel.

Dirtiest Hilton ever!

Pros: Not much to like.
Cons: Cleanliness!
I was very disappointed. The rooms were filthy. Throughout the room and bathroom, there was a lot of hair. Even clean towels had long black hair on or inside. Sanitary condition was awful. Very disappointed with Hilton!!!! This showed no class!
