there are many food choices in the vicinity of the hotel, especially Chinese food, Lobsters are cheap and tasty in the restaurants closeby. Service people are very nice, water kettles are available for Chinese people drinking tea. Parking is free.

This was our first time stayed in this hotel, we extremly like it. It was convenience and the room was cleaned. The customer services was great, we originally booked a small room with two queen beds non-smoking, but because they don't have a non-smoking small room, so they upgrade us with the a bigger smoking room with no extra charge. At first, we were so worry the room may smell bad, but it was very clean and fresh. If we go back to Los Angeles, will for sure stay in Hilton again.

This was our 2nd time stay here, very happy with the room and surrounding area. Easy access to downtown LA.

“A look of elegance”

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean and kept up well. Hotel had a look and feel of elegance. Very reasonably priced. Parking was an extra $5 per nite $9 for valet, unlike downtown L.A. where it is up to $40 per nite. Easily accessible to the 10 freeway. It took only 10 to 15 min to reach downtown L.A. in free flowing traffic. Would stay here again.

“Exceptional customer service”

I stayed here for 3 nights on a recent business trip and could not have been more impressed with the customer service. The genuine friendliness, yet professional way in which all employees conducted themselves was unrivaled, and I have stayed at some very nice hotels throughout the world. As others have mentioned, the hotel is located in an Asian part of the city, which provides numerous food and cultural experiences. Parking was very easy and the location of the hotel is close enough to freeways to allow easy access to take in other local attractions. Bar was small, but had TV's that the staff were willing to change channels on so I could get my March Madness fix as well as watch some soccer. On one of the nights there was some karaoke that did not really work for me, but the food was outstanding, both at the bar and in the restaurant... breakfast buffet was amazing, and very reasonable. Overall, would highly recommend. Staff could not possibly have been nicer. They also accommodated a late check out at no charge.

We stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed very much. Employees are very nice and helpful. Room is big, clean and comfort, Only little concern is about the key card which some times doesn't works well and waste a bit time to go back and forth to change. Otherwise everything's good.
