“Nice hotel for families visiting Universal Studios”

Plus: 1- Across the block from the Universal Studios; 3 minutes walking distance, 2- Spacious and clean rooms (we can easily fit in into double queen beds with our 9 years old twins), 3- Nice restaurants and bars, 4- Friendly staff, 5- Clean and uncrowded pool. Minus 1- Pricey parking, 2- Overlooking 101 (but I haven't experienced any noise at all!)

From the Valet attendant to the front desk, we were met with smiles and courtesy. The room was clean and roomy (loved the soap and shampoo!). We would definately stay again.

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly. The convenience of Universal Studios and Citywalk next door was fantastic.

“Nice uplift from a tough few days”

We were there only one night after attending a funeral in Orange County the two days prior to our arrival. The staff was extremely friendly and accomadating. The restaurant had excellent food. We enjoyed the Friday night Seafood and Prime Rib buffet, it was excellent, very high quality food for a buffet. Closest hotel to Universal Studios with a reliable shuttle every 15 mins. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great service. Restaurants. Food was great. Convenient shuttle to Universal Studios, and even a short walk up the hill.
