Excellent location with shuttle to Universal

Pros: Nice staff and clean hotel
Cons: Pool
Location: Universal Studios
Good experience overall. Hotel and room were nice and the City Walk shuttle very convenient. Pool area could be improved. Water was a bit cool and the pool area messy by end of the day. Jacuzzi did not seem very clean and also not warm enough. Construction going on at pool level, which was uncomfortable.

They are doing some construction in the building but everything else was great!!! I actually left a couple shirts behind and contacted them and they went, grabbed the shirts to me and are sending me my shirts... Awesome customer service!!!!

Pros: The piano player was very nice and entertaining. The server William F. was awesome and recommended some great wine.

Location: I was working so I can tell you they have a great hospital near there. Hopefully you won't have to visit it.
I stayed at this hotel for business. I was expecting much better service than I got. The female that checked me in didn't bother to look up my last name correctly (it is a tough one so I gave her my DL but she didn't use it). Then she proceeded to tell me both my rooms were ready when I only reserved one room. Then she told me that I was wrong and that I had reserved two. I looked up my reservation online and gave her my reservation number and she stated that she was looking at someone else's info. Then she gave me my key without telling me where to go or that there was a happy hour in the lounge later ( I only know that because the guy next to her was giving his customer excellent service). When I checked out of the hotel, the male who was helping me was so sick I didn't want him touching anything I touched. He should not have been working at all. I am in the medical field and I was disgusted that they would allow someone that sick to work in a hotel. And we wonder how things spread so quickly. Hope guests that were spending money on vacation were able to enjoy it before they came down with whatever that guy had. The food was HORRIBLE. The fish in the fish tacos were so salty I coudn't eat them. The cocktail sauce was extremely spicey. They messed up my room service and brought me the salmon dinner instead of the smoked salmon. I didn't even bother with the tiramisu and just tossed it because the rest was awful. I do not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Our family thought the hotel made it pleasant for us as we spent our time at Universal Studios.

The piano music was great and the tram driver was very kind and friendly. He made my daughter laugh. We can't remember his name but he was there in the afternoon when we arrived. Kudos to him.

Close to Universal

Staffs were not helpful. And some were rude. There was a computer outage and we couldn't check in. And the front desk personal told us if we didn't want to wait. We can go to the Sheraton. I was shocked! We will never return to this hotel ever again!

Room was great and location could not have been better however the only downside was the reception staff who were not very personable.
