Nice hotel on center closes to all.

Pros: Cleanness and convenient.
Cons: Replaced broken ice maker on 4th level.
Location: Hotel is closes to restaurants and shops.
Hotel is beautiful, cleanness and locates on center. convenient to go any where... There is a ice maker is old and broken on 4th level on my room. But I still could get ice on other ice maker on other levels. Highly recommend to all travelers.

This hotel is within walking distance of Old Town Pasadena shopping and dining. It has a lovely pool and great indoor and outdoor space for socializing. I look forward to my next visit.

Staff was nice, and I was able to check in early (which was a relief), but overall I was underwhelmed given the price point. Everything was just "okay." And around 11pm it smelled like cigarette smoke was actively wafting through the AC vent into my room -- pretty gross!

Cons: It appears the hotel is showing some wear and tear. Carpet was torn.
Good location, safe area. Great staff, accommodating, friendly. We found the hotel overpriced in comparison to others in the area. For example, paying for own parking, no continental breakfast. Rooms are rather small for the price you pay.

Great location for shopping and anything that may have you attending an event at the Rose Bowl. Air conditioners were loud but nothing that bugged us. Nice coffee bar and bar/restaurant . Very busy place. Pool area was very clean along with gym. We enjoyed our first time stay in Pasadena

Pros: Nice, good food.

NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: clean rooms and pool
Cons: to many things to type
The rooms and the pool were clean . But when I booked the room I had called ahead of time and asked how far was the rose bowl , the kid that I talk to said as well as the website 1.9 miles . when we got there and asked for a taxi they said it was 3 miles . We had planned to walk because we were gona be drinking at the concert. I had asked for a room facing the street. when we checked in they gave me a room rite next to the a/c units ( super loud ) and a view of the parking lot , I asked to be moved to a room with a view and was told were all book . I booked this room 5 months ago .... The shower leaked when we took shower the floor got flooded , I asked the maid for 2 extra towels and 1 extra bag for the wet stuff and was told NO , I don't have anymore. for the big name hotel and the big price of the room I expected more , never stay there again Sorry...........
