“Nice place....”

“Great hotel, great location”

We were extremely satisfied with the hotel and the location of it. Having a mall and many different restaurants around the area. Hotel is located only 20-25 minute drive away from Santa Monica, Getty Museum, Calabasas and Malibu. We were in a need of medicine late at night and the hotel store was closed. Hotel staff was very helpful and drove us to the nearest store to get medicine.

“Very Pleasant Stay”

Overall, it was a comfortable, well decorated and pleasant hotel. Our room was quiet during our stay. It's located in an office park area and is close to restaurants and shopping. We were there for 2 days while visiting family. We did not use the restaurant, so I'm unable to rate that. We ended up needing more toiletries the 2nd day after the room was cleaned. We called the front desk and someone brought up additional toiletries.

“Excellent Stay”

We had a excellent stay at the Hilton! We stayed here for 2 nights. Our specific reason was to go to Universal Studios. The drive was only 10-15 mins away. The hotel was close to major shopping malls and plenty of places to eat! Again we had a pleasant stay. Our two kids enjoyed this as well. Our 17 year old and 8 year old kids.

Stay here if you don't mind the drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood!

“Great- Free internet at their Business Center”

I had already checked out of the hotel and had two hours left before the shuttle was scheduled to pick me up. I had some work to catch up on so I opted to use the Business Center to plug in my laptop. I was able to plug in and use the internet (it's free if you are actually in the buiness center). That was a nice surprise considering I already paid for 24-hour internet service the day before - and wouldn't have to pay extra for just two hours. Clean, neat room (but no fridge). Lounge and restaurant food was good, service was pretty good, I would definitley go there again if the need comes up to visit the Woodland Hills area.

“Nicest staff ever!”

The hotel is excellent and the location is great but what sets them apart from other locations is the staff. Front desk,wait staff and shuttle drivers are all top notch!

“Will definitely go back”

The hotel itself was great! The staff was wonderfull, There are restaurants and stores (the mall) very near by and very close to 101 freeway. The only bad things I can say is that for the price they could have at least validated our parking for the night and given us continental breakfast...... Other than that it was a great place to stay.

“Ridgecrest travelers quite happy”

Excellent hotel! Only problem is "loud" noise each time the air conditioner came on!! But it would not discourage me from staying here again.
