Hated the fact that wifi was not free, Denny's rest was free. And had to pay for parking. For the money I thought I saved it cost me in parking and Wifi.

Lobby remodel is in progress. Will be beautiful when done. Room comfortable and clean. Staff very nice.

Pros: Very clean, very spacious room, very friendly staff.
Cons: I did not have a fridge and microwave in my room.
Everything was good. I just did not have a microwave or fridge in my room.

Pros: Location
Location: Shopping, restaurants, easy access to the freeway.
The hotel was undergoing renovations so I don't think my experience is a good representation of what is possible. Every person on the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Location.
Cons: The decor of the hotel is not what you would expect from the Hilton Brand. The bathrooms seemed really old and seemed to have some bed bugs.
Location: Malibu, LA attractions
This location was perfect. It was about midpoint from LA to Malibu. Took about 20 t0 30 minutes to get to every part of LA.

hotel from the 70's

Cons: Everything
I was disappointed because I had just stayed at a Hilton in London that was fabulous. This one is outdated. They are currently under construction too. I hope one day it will measure up to the Hilton name.

Pros: The elevators were fast.
Cons: Management could act like they cared about guests.
Location: Seemed to be a safe area and lots of shopping within walking. Close to the interstate.
Hotel management didn't care. Our AC/Heat was broken. The room service food arrived cold & service only til 11 PM. The valet didn't bring the car when needed. Since we had not called our credit card to say we would be in Calif. the hotel locked us nearly 70 yr. old couple out of our room at 11 PM at night and we had already told them we'd call the card co. later in the day. We had to go down 10 floors to the desk to get new keys. They handled that poorly. It was two days before we were due to check out.

Pros: Nice beds and comfortable rooms. Two restaurants on the premises.
Cons: A better trained front desk, so that when someone complains there is a follow up! Cost of wireless!!
Location: It is close to Northridge and the Mall, within two blocks has lots of dining choices and shopping. The Area is being totally renovated.
Hotel is in the middle of a renovation. Major. Prices have been dropped and have attracted a noisey crowd. The first night I was kept awake by a party next door. The front desk didn't stop it, so at 4AM I knocked on the room next door and asked them to quiet down. The next night there were loud cheers, etc from the hotel restaurant. This time the front desk called security and the noise stopped. It was 12AM. The staff seemed unconcerned. On the plus side, the hotel will be beautiful when finished.
