"This hotel is a real find."
Starting with the Valet parking on the first day and arriving at an impeccably appointed room and spending Tuesday through Sunday, every detail, breakfast, was very well done. The Front Office Manager, David Hall, who seemed to be on duty 24/7 was as efficient as he was gracious about any and all requests. My room was very clean, very nicely appointed. The bathroom was always spotlessly cleaned. My WiFi worked well too. Thank you for making our stay feel like a very special time.

"Enjoyed the ship,"
Relaxing and historic trip. Don'the expect an updated room. I did think new window coverings and restoring / polishing furniture, and new bed pillow would help visually. Not sure if restoring helps or help's value.Honesty if you are a history buff the window coverings aND bed pillow are the same in the one's in the pictures when the Queen Mary a sailed. Only thing someone knocked on my door three times one night. I told them I did not open doors at night and they stopped. I should have called the front desk though. All in all excellent staff and hotel. My Aunts sailed on the Queen Mary to Europe when they were alive so I truly loved them and cherish this experience with all my heart!

"Relaxing time"
It was only a 1 night stay but wish it had been more. My objective was to find a place that was quiet and this hotel fit the bill. Very clean, staff always friendly and happy, parking charge and security is what it should be.

It's a great place - very pleasant. but they should upgrade their beds. At a luxury hotel like this, King or Queen size beds should be standard. Not just full size.
