“It was OK!!!”

The hotel itself was nice. The only problem we had was that they didnt clean our room. I went downstairs to speak to them and she made it seem like we had the do not distrub sign up, I told her we didnt. I asked for clean towels, she made me wait while she got some to bring to me and they were all flithy. I told her I didnt want those towels and to bring new towels to the room. Once I got to the room they called the room and stated they wanted to move us to a Jr. suite we accepted. The next morning when we were going to take a shower we realized there was no shower curtain. Little things like this upset me and makes me not want to book with them again,

“Great accommodation in an awesome location”

We originally picked this hotel on Expedia because we have a family of 5 and we were looking for accommodation for our last 3 nights on our US holiday. What luck! The Hotel is in a brilliant location, two blocks away from Hollywood Boulevarde, heaps of transport (including a one stop Metro ride to Universal Studios) and with food options right across the road. But not only was it a great location, it was clean and well-kept, with a good breakfast and a nice pool. And the service of everyone on the front desk and the bell desk could not be faulted. They gave us handy tips (saved us some money on transport with their suggestions), and helped us with a smile whenever we asked. They also have a small shop with well-priced drinks. The only downside was a bit of noise from other guests late at night but that's hardly the fault of the hotel. We highly recommend it!

This is such a nice hotel! Extremely clean, the location is perfect - only 5 minutes walking distance from the Walk of Fame. The breakfast is included in the price. You have to pay for parking, but no big deal, since you can leave your car at the hotel and walk around instead of paying more expensive parking around Hollywood Boulevard.

Of the 8 hotels I visited during my month long stay in the US, this was the best. I used other reviews to decide on it and was not disappointed. My wife is finicky about cleaniliness and she was extremely pleased with the presentation and appointment of the rooms. The breakfast was impressive, as were the ladies who laid out the food in a lovely restaurant. The business centre was very helpful, and free internet a welcome addition. I've had to pay for this service elsewhere. All the sights were nearby, and easy access to LA's excellent transport network makes this the best choice for those like me who wanted a home away from home, and also did not (could not) drive in the US. You will not make a mistake booking in here!

Our group incudes wheelchairs, special needs,&much patience and extra. Time. This hotel is all of that. Over the last 14 yrs we have stayed in over 25 hotel chains on over 60 trips.! Holiday inn always treats us right. And holiday inns are convenient and priced competitive ly. They are a favorite for us!
