At first glance the property was visually appealing. Check-in was easy. Upon walking into the room there was a torn towel on the counter where the coffee maker was and a huge black circle stain on the carpet next to the bed. When looking for extra bedding for the pullout couch, there were only pillows and had to reach out to the front desk to ask for blankets and sheets. Even they were surprised there was not blanket. Our first full day our room was not cleaned. Yet someone did come and take our towels, but did not leave clean ones. By the end of the day of day one the toliet started to leak and we did not realize until the next morning. Breakfast was subpar. Pro, the room was spacious for the kiddos and the area was safe with no homeless people. Would I stay again, possibly if I got a good deal.

Our room was well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, Keurug Coffeemaker, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. There was a large room and very comfortabke.

This hotel is a good deal for the price. It is located in a quiet area Target, Trader Joe’s and several restaurants are near by. The fridge and microwave are a plus and breakfast is also included. The breakfast had a variety of options.

An industrial garbage compactor was running all night in the next door parking lot. The room had space. The toilet stayed clogged all night! No sheet provided for sofa couch. Breakfast is terrible. Very cheap property. Front desk manager is stupid. Very unsafe too. Someone tried stealing stuff from our cargo basket in the parking lot. Lobby restrooms were out of order! EFF THIS PROPERTY.

I had to wait an unusually long time for someone to arrive at the check in desk. Apparently she was the only person there and was trying to fix someone's TV. We were given a first floor room and these rooms all have outside entries. Every time someone walked by, we heard them in our room. This was especially irksome in the morning when we were trying to sleep people would be walking by and talking and we could hear every word from our room. Breakfast was OK. My beef was that the cinnamon rolls weren't just not hot, they were cold. Good location for what we wanted but probably wouldn't stay there again.

Did not realize the property is under renovation. That aside - I could not tell if we were in a renovated room or not. Some parts seemed like could have been renovated yet others not. You could tell the shower/tub leaks under the laminate flooring, the corners of the walls/floors were stained, the door to the closet was missing, the furniture seemed mismatched, the safety latch on the front door was broken off and jagged - I cut myself. But the vanity mirror looked newish, the laminate flooring was newish, the beds/mattresses were comfortable and seemed new. The staff was fantastic and location was great.

Overall, our stay was just okay. First room we were assigned had plumbing issues. Toilet valve was in off position. When I turned on, water was gushing out of the valve/water line. I contacted front desk, they moved us to another room. They called it an upgrade (suite). Second room smelt like stale/pungent cigarette smoke. Front desk said they would spray to disinfect the room. Upon returning, smell still present, but not as strong.

The pros: parking fee is included, free wifi, free breakfast, easy check in, remodeled rooms inside, nice room service, washer/dryer works, locked gates around the property The cons: the hotel layout does give a motel vibe once you have checked in and are looking for your room. Our room was close to the street so we could hear traffic, the hotel elevator is slow/older looking Overall I give this place a 4/5 stars we stayed for two nights. We stayed for a family event for the weekend. Checked in Friday midnight and left Sunday morning. Our cons were not that big of an issue, we would stay again. The price was right and the free food was good and the staff was nice.

Everything about the hotel was nice. Spacious rooms, excellent staff and amenities in the room were everything that I needed. It’s also close to many restaurants and stores. There was only one problem. we had a smoking room! It was too late and we were too tired from the drive to ask to switch rooms. Make sure you ask for non-smoking. It gave me a headache.

We had a great stay until the morning of checkout. With our stay we could get free breakfast. We enjoyed the breakfast the day before. Day of checkout, I got breakfast and had no issue. Later, I went to get breakfast for my boyfriend who was finishing up packing and was planning to take it to the room to give to him. I was stopped by a kitchen employee awhile getting his breakfast who began asking me if I had a breakfast voucher. I said no and she proceeded to tell me that the other guest next to me does as if giving me a lecture. I told her I didn’t have it, but had my room key and showed her the key. I even told her my room number as proof that I was a guest there. The kitchen employee then recited my room number. I’m not sure if she was trying to remember it to question the hotel desk later or to further investigate to see if I was being truthful. I don’t understand what was the point of her doing that. Honestly, I didn’t appreciate it and I felt deeply humiliated. Yesterday, the same kitchen employee didn’t question anyone else during breakfast and we didn’t have our voucher out. I understand if she has to make sure guests are the only ones receiving the free food, but she should be constant and fair about making sure everyone has the voucher on them and not picking and choosing of when to enforce it. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Hotels and never were questioned about the voucher. This was a very humiliating experience and won’t visit this particular hotel again.
