We were very impressed with the hotel, very clean, modern. nicely furnished. Choice of pillows- soft or firm. Location can't be better, walking distance to the Promenade and ocean beach. Staff is very welcoming. Parking garage is a big help- though comes with the fee-.We felt we had money well spent.

“AAA+ Fantastic on all aspects-Location, Comfort and Cleanliness”

From the time we arrived to the day we left this hotel was fantastic. We stayed for 5 nights with 2 chn (10 & 11). They helped us with airport connections, bus connections, places to eat and nothing was to much trouble. The restaurant in the hotel was well priced and the food was fantastic. The staff were sooo nice. This hotel is in a great spot with walking distances to shops, the pier and bus stops. Also great distance to the LAX airport without staying in LA. It cost us $30 to go to the airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well serviced each day. Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to any friends staying in Santa Monica.

“Great service and great location”

Its only a short stroll to Santa Monica Pier. McDonalds across the road and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance at Third Street Promenade. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Free Internet service in lobby and free printer to use for directions to other locations. Would book again at this hotel when we are in the area.

“Well located hotel”

We stayed two nights in May 2010 prior to a cruise from Long Beach. Two ladies travelling together. Hotel was very good for the price - considering it is in the heart of Santa Monica. The two beds were extremely comfortable. Position excellent for access to shopping area and the pier. Asked for quiet room and were given one facing Colorado Avenue, which was fine. Bathroom taps were a little difficult to us, but otherwise property was fine. Staff were extremely helpful with all requests. We did not eat at the hotel, as cafes and restaurants are very close by and fun to watch the Santa Monica scene. Would definitely stay again.

“Great place to be near the beach”

The room was decorated very nice with great bed linens. There was a partial view of the pier and water from the room. Many places to shop and eat were all with in walking distance.

“GREAT PLACE WITH EVERYTHING AROUND YOU!”

The room has always been clean, updated and on the luxury looking side of hotel stays. The bed is the most comfortable with memory foam and comfoprtable pillows and blankets and most rooms have great vierws. Staff is terrific.. Bar and restaurnat nice. We visit often and will continue to do so... Valet parking over 20 bucks without tip..
