“The most Comfortable Bed”

The service was impeccable with the friendly staff. Even when walking around the hotel grounds, they always greeted me with a nod or a smile. I'm in the customer service business so I look for these things. The only complaint I really have is the breakfast. I ate there the first morning and never went back. I had french toast, which was cold and bacon which was extremely hard.....and I like crisp bacon....but that was extreme. The price was too much for the meal....okay, there were two complaints....sorry. In spite of that, everything else was nice and clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel, and I've been travelling and staying in hotels a very long time.

I came in for my son's wedding, so I didn't really go anywhere, other than the Target up the street.

“Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover-”

We had a modest but very pleasant room with comfortable beds and upgraded bathroom (granite counters) -very clean and comfortable and in a great location on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills. The exterior is rather odd -but once inside , service was friendly, room clean and comfortable , free outdoor parking and cafe in the hotel.. For business or pleasure this is really a Great value-I will be staying again.

Woodland Hills has many choices of restaurants along Ventura Blvd. Trader Joe's & Whole foods nearby too.

“Stayed here on a recommendation, and so glad we did!”

A close family friend had recently visited LA to do all the typical tourist things, and suggested this hotel, so we booked it & I was really happy with our hotel stay. It takes about 20-40 minutes to get ANYWHERE in the LA area, but a location off Ventura Blvd. is really nice! My only complaint is that a complimentary breakfast isn't offered which made me sad! Otherwise our stay was great!

“Nice full service hotel that is convenient to the freeway”

Nice full service hotel that is convenient to the freeway and to Woodland Hills and Canoga Park. The neighborhood was nice, but was close to areas that were not as nice. Many dining options within a couple of miles.

With mixed reviews on this site, we booked this hotel, minutes from the Dr. we were seeing. The hotel was spotless, the rooms big and comfortable and the service was outstanding. Room service was quick and delicious. I have nothing but great things to stay we will definitely stay there again...Ryan at check in/out was great gave us easy directions and was just super helpful!

“Outstanding!!!”

Check in/out process was simple and fast.There was plenty of parking space available day or night. The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was neat and clean. Our room was spacious with lots of natural light form the large windows. We were very impressed and highly reccommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Los Angeles area.

Close to everything - Hollywood - Los Angeles downtown - Venice Beach - beaches - shopping - this is just a great location.

Getting around

As far as we're concerned the only way to go is with a rental car. We always pack our GPS unit but most rental agencies will add them on to your rental for a small fee.

Family-friendly activities

The los Angeles Zoo is easy to get to but somewhat of a disappointment. There was a lot of construction going on and some of the exhibits were not open. Some were very small for the animals they housed. Lots of walking.

“Four Star-ish”

I usually stay at the Marriott in Warner Center but this hotel was in the area and I decided to give it a try since the price was much better. Nothing fancy but very adequate with friendly staff and a ten dollar breakfast buffet which is good if you order a fresh omlette instead of the rubbery eggs on the buffet. The room was spacious and had a refrigerator. Bed was firm and comfortable. I felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a Trader Joe's next door for snacks
