Pros:

Posted Mar 3, 2015

Loved it!

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: All the above!
Cons: Pull out couch could have been more level and more comfortable.
Location: We were able to see all the sights of Los Angeles within easy driving distance.
The hotel was small, quaint, and in the perfect location for seeing the sights of Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, The Grove and Farmer's Market and Hollywood. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice place!

Posted Feb 19, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Renovations
Location: Great location at Santa Monica & Doheny. Many things within a short drive, including Santa Monica Pier.
Good location in Beverly Hills. Close to a lot of things (Not necessarily walking distance, but close). Nice "boutique" hotel. Small rooms, but clean. No elevator. Not an inexpensive hotel, but for Beverly Hills it is. Respectable continental breakfast. Nice private courtyard for all guests. We'd stay here again.

Boutique gem!

Posted Feb 16, 2015
We picked this hotel as it was very close to where our family member had recently moved. Yet we still wanted to stay in a hotel for the splurge of being on vacation. We stayed 7 nights over the course of 8 days from 2/7-2/15/15. The hotel itself is modernly decorated with clean and simple lines. We chose a standard Queen room and got a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the calm and serene courtyard which was relatively quiet. The continental breakfast was great with plenty of variety to tide one over until lunchtime. Front desk staff, especially Gabriella was super helpful checking in about our excursions from the day and offering us great advice about restaurants (Messob in Little Ethiopia was a pure gem) and places to visit in downtown like the Last Bookstore near our planned visit to Little Tokyo. The location is great making Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and downtown LA very accessible. Self-parking for $12/night was very convenient since we did not have to worry about where to find street parking or needing to move the car for parking rules.

Great little affordable option with fabulous staff

Posted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: Beverly Terrace staff was delightful. Free Breakfast was nice had some surprises like organic yogurt and cream cheese. Free Safe in rooms! Roof/Patio!
Cons: maybe more breakfast options for vegan/gluten allergy visitors ... but that's only if I have to list something.. they do have fresh fruit!
Great location 12 minute walk to the Sunset Strip.. situated across from the Troubadour on the corner of Melrose and Santa Monica BLVD. The Staff (Chris) welcomed us early and were able to check us in our rooms a little early as well :) He was quick to offer us directions to a near by grocery store and even came outside to help guide us in the right direction... All the other staff were also always quick to help with information or items we were after.. every time we entered they treated us with smiles and a warm welcome. They also offer rides to the airport if needed for cheaper than a private shuttle service.. and only slightly more than a shared shuttle.

Very pleased

Not often does a hotel far exceed your expectations but this one did. Usually things look better online then in person however this hotel was completely the opposite this was actually better in person, great staff very friendly and just an all-around gym and a great location I can't say anything bad about this hotel

Great stay, good location.

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Was a little worried on arrival but that quickly went away when we entered. We had a small room with everything we needed. Comfy bed, bar fridge, clean tidy bathroom and windows to get fresh air that look onto a beautiful courtyard. Little Italian restaurant in house was delicious! All staff very friendly and brekky included great!! Would recommend. Location Beverly Hills, 5 min walk to good restaurants, 5 blocks from Rodeo drive, 5mins drive to Hollywood walk of fame, 5min drive to Beverly Hills hills drive.

Carros trocados

Posted Jan 15, 2015 on Hotels.com

Perfect boutique hotel, excellent location!

Posted Jan 8, 2015 on Hotels.com
This was an adorable boutique hotel in the heart of LA. The rooms are tastefully decorated and super clean. The staff is so friendly and they have the cheapest valet parking in the city, only $12 with in and out priveleges. There is a gorgeous courtyard in the center of the hotel that is lit with candles in the evening; the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine before bed! The attached restaurant had the best Italian food and the waiter and bartender made excellent recommendations. Breakfast was light but very tasteful. If we return to LA, we will be staying here again!
